「The staff was very rude and made me feel very unwelcome and even threaten to kick me out because the room door made too much of a disturbance so I was told to remain in my room until "the sun is out".. I couldn't believe that by my following the no smoking or vaping rule and stepping outside that I would be literally reprimanded for it...」

「Hotel was everything we needed」

「Hotel was a place to sleep. Bed was ok, not greatest. Pool was freezing cold. We traveled with kids so the extremely cold pool was a huge dissapointment. Hot tub was luke warm. Both pool and hot tub look rough. Staff did not make eye contact/ hardly spoke during check in. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Bathroom tub looked dirty, our sink had draining issues, and random "dining style" chair in room seamed dated. 」

「Perfect stay. Nicely maintained building and landscaping. Very welcoming foyer and lobby. Fast, easy check-in, helpful friendly staff. Welcomed by a yellow Labrador “Howie”. Clean room, bathroom, comfortable bed and spacious and quiet. Great free breakfast with a lot of fresh items to choose from, Awesome indoor heated pool was refreshing, spacious and warm.
