史密斯菲尔德度假短租

“We used the property to get ready for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect for my big day. Great parking and plenty of room for everything we needed. The natural light and updated look made for perfect pictures. In a great part of town. A bit pricier than the other listings in the area, but well worth it for us. Fantastic communication as well.”

“The location is very convenient for walking, and the hotel owners are very welcoming; they kept the room looking after. I look forward to coming back again.”

“Like the locatio. Very clean and nice. Free parking”

“The property was nice, Bathrooms were a little tight. No central air, but the bedrooms had window units, so sleeping was ok. could have used some more cooking utensils.overall we had a nice stay.”

“The host was nice. The home was very clean.”

“Great neighborhood. Very clean and cozy home. ”

“Let me start by saying this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented! The property is beautiful and spacious, it is walking distance to the historical downtown area with shops, restaurants and views. The building itself is historical and amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicated right away when needed. She was wonderful, we will be back and we will be trying for any of her properties again! One of our best Vrbo experiences by far!”

“Very comfortable apartment that was convenient for visiting Providence. Super clean.”

“The host was very responsive! It is a quiet and secure location with a large gate at the entrance of the driveway. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. It was very clean. It is a basement apartment with a separate, private entrance. Minutes from downtown, hospitals and Roger Williams Park. ”

“This is an incredible property in the heart of the neighborhood! So many wonderful areas to walk, many coffee shops/bakeries and restaurants within striking distance! The beds were comfortable too! Hard to find in a rental! But lovely in every aspect!”

“Sweet 1-bd loft, clean and in a great location, especially if you like Italian restaurants. Garage parking is a bonus, and the washer/dryer; also the workout room. Very convenient.”

“great stay”

“This is a great location if you are looking to go to the stadium for a game. Easy/safe walk to the stadium. There are some great walkable restaurants close by also. The communication was great with the host.”

“The unit itself is clean and decorated beautifully. There was a sweet welcome note and mug of candy waiting for us when we arrived. The location of this property was the drawback. The parking area is dark or very dimly lit in some spots. There is a bar on the corner attracting a savory crowd at late hours. The stairs up to the unit were so steep and narrow we almost could not get our luggage up. The host did not reply to my concerns upon arrival but did agree to a full refund the following……

“Authentic loft style accomodation in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities and historical highlights. Simple and easy parking and clear instructions for entry when we arrived. Had all the amenities we needed. Bedrooms large and each had a small desk and room to lay out clothing. Full length mirror was a bonus and both rooms had air conditioners and TVs. Kitchen setup was great. Great bathroom with adequate lighting, fan, and high water pressure. For anyone with mobility or knee issues you may……

“It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Darius was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.”

“This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further.”
