The master bath features a beautiful walk in full tile shower. The home has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay. The living room has comfy seating and is open concept to the kit and eat in areas. There is a nautical theme throughout home. The front porch boasts chairs for relaxing and the cottages are on a sprawing 13 acres with plenty of parking for your boat trailer. The Four Seasons Boat Dock and Marina is in the subdivision. It is approximately 1/2 mile away. The cottage has wonderful WiFi. We have the cottage next door available for friends or family to rent. This is a wonderful opportunity for family to have their own space to sleep, but enjoy time together. There is a three day booking minimum for Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.
