Unwind in Smithville at this newly renovated, ranch style, brick home in a peaceful, private country setting. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, den, kitchen, dining room, large laundry room, and back patio. Plenty of level parking with circle driveway. Located 5 miles from Smithville and 10 miles to the nearest Center Hill Lake access.
Bedroom # 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has a full bed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs w/Ruko in Bedroom #1 and Living Room, new appliances including cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, coffee maker and more.
Bathroom #1 has tub w/shower. Bathroom #2 is a full bathroom with a smaller, walk-in shower.
Note - There is a room on the end of the home which is currently used for storage that is not part of the rental unit and is not accessible to guests.

Clean, convenient, and great boat parking! We stayed for a long weekend, to have easy access to Center Hill Lake, an easy 20 minute drive to Sligo Marina. Hosts were very accommodating.

We had a great stay! The house was perfectly clean and tidy. Very well maintained inside and out. Nice and quiet country setting with a beautiful view. We enjoyed relaxing on the back patio as well as in the comfy living room. Would absolutely stay here again.

Quick last minute trip

Quick last minute trip to visit local family. The house was nicely appointed and well taken care of. Nice quiet country setting, but not so far out from town if you find you have forgotten something and need a quick trip to the store. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the farmer mow the hay. Host was detailed on directions and rules of the house, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely book this house in the future.
