「This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe.」

「We had a lovely stay at Rixos (Nariman). Room(Park view) are spacious and excellent, room service are really good, thanks to Ahmed Said. Breakfast buffet is outstanding we had hours at King Fouad and staff there are amazing, thanks to Mohammed Hassan. Would come back again!」

「The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty.
