“Overall, I really like the location. The unit itself was queen in decent. The common areas need updating and repairs the entry doors to the building look like they’ve been broken. The elevators have broken glass inside of them. The hallway is all smell like cigarette smoke and the check-in process was a little bit hectic. I got locked out as well because the digital locks are required, you to have to hit them periodically to keep them going. And the lockbox code that they gave for the alternate……

“We had a great overall stay and really appreciated how helpful and responsive the host was. Especially as we worked through a same-day check-in issue on VRBO’s side. They were quick to respond and even checked in after our late-night arrival, which we truly appreciated.The unit itself was clean, elegantly decorated, and had a cozy, calm, homey feel. There were also several thoughtful touches that made a great first impression, like extra pillows and blankets, along with a well-stocked coffee……

“This was the perfect spot for our events this weekend, within easy walking distance of Marietta Square. The place was clean and easy to find and had everything we needed.”

“Stay was fine close to everything. Driveway was always full and hard to get of. One of the recliners was broken. And there was weird noises all night long loud noises no walking just mechanical noises . Other than that everything was good”

“My stay at this beautiful Treetop retreat was awesome. It was very welcoming, and I had everything I needed to be above my comfort level. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. Very quiet and secluded. The host, Jose, was very responsive. ”

“We liked the house. If you like a very busy nightlife, it is within walking distance. The parking is not ideal but it worked out. You might have to park a block or 2 away. Road in front of the house is very congested, with only one vehicle able to drive at a time (but 2 way traffic). We got stuck twice (amazon truck and second time a Waymo), and had to go in reverse and turn around. Only issue with the kitchen was we had bought cookie dough and there was not a cookie sheet. Otherwise, house……

“Very convenient to restaurants and other needs. My meeting was right next door, so it was a perfect spot for me. Everything was exactly as described and easy to navigate. Hope to stay again when my recurrent meeting happens next!”
