Sonesta Atlanta Airport South
4/10 Poor
"We stayed in Sonesta for three days (Tuesday till Friday). When we arrived the receptionist informed us about terms and conditions and told us that they have breakfast available from 6:30 till 11am with cost of 25$. Next morning, when we got down to have a breakfast at 6.40am, because we have to hit the road to my son’s military ceremony, we were informed the breakfast was not ready yet. No apologies or explanation. We quickly went to the room to brush teeth and take rest of necessary stuff and when we were passing breakfast/ conference's room at 7am room was closed and breakfast still not ready. After that next day we had more time before leaving the Sonesta so around 8 o’clock we got down to eat breakfast. Lady who was at the door said “Good morning “ without any enthusiasm and she told me, she had to take my credit card and go to reception to charge me!!
I didn’t want to make problem in the front of my son but why they can’t put this on the room charge or have portable charging machine?, why they taking my card and going somewhere!?
I didn’t feel confident about it at all and I think this is so not professional.
Everything what was served as a warm breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes was completely cold and greasy except coffee, not single serving creamers but big carton of half and half. This breakfast wasn’t worth even 15$ not 25 and had tummy ache for entire day!
Wendy- receptionist gave me attitude when I asked for extra 3 towels and pap

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Airport North
8/10 Good
"Fine, for a night or 2. Great shuttle to and from the airport, even a 4:30 am. We’d definitely stay again."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Airport South, GA
6/10 Okay
"This was a great place to crash after a long day of travel. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient, which was super wonderful!
It was disheartening to have some child's handprints all over the mirror and soap scum on the shower wall. It is obvious this property is trying to become better and that is good and appreciated. Recommend next step is better beds and bedding. "

Hyatt Place Atlanta / Perimeter Center
10/10 Excellent
"The Hotel was immaculate. The room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were very nice. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Location was optimal near shopping, restaurants, and easy access to interstates."

The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta, an Ascend Collection Hotel
6/10 Okay
"The hotel is fine. Not many amenities, but it was a good price for downtown. Kind of sketchy area and would not likely stay again. Not enough staff. But all staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom TV did not work, but only stayed overnight so not a big deal. I would pay more at another hotel for better area of downtown (we walked to State Farm arena), more amenities, and some place a little nicer. But overall the stay was fine for one night, "

Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place
8/10 Good
"The lobby in the outside of the hotel look amazing, however, the rooms definitely need some upkeep. The room I stayed in have paint filling on the ceiling, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Furniture was also showing its age. Great location though, right in the middle of Buckhead."

The Starling Atlanta Midtown, Curio Collection by Hilton
