Great beach house

If you’re looking for a restful vacation spot, this is it. The area is fairly quiet and peaceful. The house does have a lot of narrow steps and only the bottom floor can access the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cannot beat the location. Even with a rainy week, the proximity to the water made it easy to take advantage of the times the weather did cooperate. There was a roof leak on our first day and the owner got it taken care of super fast and the rest of the week was issue-free.

Too many steep stairs

The duplex really needs renovated. The floors are very uneven. It needs new sliding doors as the frames are in very bad shape, very hard to open and close . The decks need updated also. It needs fumigated as we killed 8 large roaches. The kitchen was updated and had nice appliances and bathrooms were fine. The first two days we didn’t have any functioning air conditioning. I understand the unit is going to be replaced.
