St Regis Resort is located near the far end of Beautiful North Topsail Beach. The Resort is sandwiched between The Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. Later in the year the indoor pool and spa is expected to be completed, yeah!
Guest will be able to access St Regis' amenities. If age requirements are required they will be posted in those areas for the safety of younger children.

Living Room is relaxing whether you're hanging out or just admiring the views. Sofa is a pull out that sleeps 2 with storage, a ceiling fan above with remote control, flat screen TV, DVD player. Walk out on the balcony with 2 chairs and table, serve all your meals with plenty of seating either at the full dining table with benches or the breakfast bar area with 4 stools.

The kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances; microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, 3 rack dishwasher, self-clean oven, garbage disposal, deep stainless sink and LED lighting. It's fully equipped with 4 slice toaster, crock pot, blender, mixer, drip coffee pot maker, baking and pots and pans, lots of dishes and glasses, even for the little ones, utensils are plentiful, all the basics you'll need and more to cook and bake if desired.

Soak up the sun on the beach just a few steps away or head to North Shore Golf Course to perfect your swing. No matter what you’re sure to have a relaxing stay.
When you arrive & enter your condo you will find "required" parking passes for each vehicle, up to 2.
St Regis requires these parking passes to be visible on dashboard or mirror. Towing is enforced if not displayed. Parking is 1st come 1st served. The resort has ample parking for all guests.
