Month stay at Top Sail Island, St. Regis
Condo was cutely decorated for the beach theme and was very clean. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. Host was always helpful when any questions or situations arrived. Would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to that area. Loved the beach and found beautiful shells, conks and even a sand dollar. Enjoyed our stay.

One necessary suggestion…
Beautiful location with great views. Very comfortable beds and nice layout… ocean views from everywhere in this condo! One suggestion would be a lock to Secure the front door from the INSIDE as someone entered the unit (who was given the key code) to take pictures for marketing purposes. This was unfortunate as everything else was fine… but safety is very important to me!

A Grand view at North Topsail Beach
If you love the beach this condo is awesome for wave action, and great views from inside and out. Lull yourself to sleep listening to the waves is very special here. The condo provides everything you need for your stay. The host is very responsive and helpful for any needs. Would stay again!

Perfect location
The view from the deck was so beautiful. I watched several dolphins a few different times while we were there. That was a first for me. Also enjoyed the fitness center so I could get my weight training in. Walking barefoot to the beach is always a plus for me since I’d rather not bother with shoes.

Perfect getaway
My husband, our friend, and I stayed here in mid August and we loved it. The condo was clean, the view was great, and the furniture (including beds) were comfortable. Our host was a fantastic communicator as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation!
Our stay at this property was wonderful. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. Everything was very clean and nice. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we needed. All of the beds were very comfortable, and we opted for the linen package and were provided with more than enough towels. The owners checked with us a couple times to make sure everything was going well and had excellent communication. The balcony has such a beautiful view at all times, and the whole island is absolutely beautiful. The pool and beach were never too crowded, everything was just perfect! If you stay here, you have to check out the Agave Azul restaurant, everything there was delicious! We also really enjoyed Rick's restaurant and sports bar, we're from the Pittsburgh area so seeing all the Steelers decorations outside drew us in, and the food was great! Our kids really enjoyed the Karen Beasley sea turtle rescue and also the Topsail touch tank aquarium in Surf City! I wish we never had to leave and I would 100% stay here again!

summer vacation
Good location at North Topsail Beach.Condo decorated very beachy which we liked. Ocean view from condo for morning coffee and dinners was great. The resort had something to offer for everyone in our family. Only personal issue for us is we like a firmer mattress and the master bedroom queen mattress was softer then we like. Overall, it was a nice condo and wonderful family vacation.

We arrived on Saturday to no Air conditioning in the unit. Owner was not urgent to get it fixed until we called vrbo. Unit was nice and clean and a great location to see the ocean. The area was very family friendly. One thing I could suggest is this unit needs new mattresses.

This guest called late Saturday evening six times in 30 minutes. The AC was at 74. We had the first appt on Sunday morning. All was taken care of. So glad you found the condo nice, clean, family friendly and the location view great. To All Future Guests: The mattresses are brand new.

Nice condo for short get away
Condo was awesome, but the property it self was run down. Was disappointed with no hot tub, sauna or work out room. Weather was colder than expected, so those accommodations would have been nice. All of the steps were not good, I have bad knees. Pool area was nice but cold.

Thank you for your review. To all future guests, there is a sauna and work out room in Building 2. Its easy to find. There are 2 elevators in all buildings. And a ramp to the beach if needed.

We are a family of 6 and at first was a little concerned we wouldn’t have enough space. We were wrong! Everything was absolutely perfect. We could have have picked a better place to stay. We are already looking at dates to book another stay here!

Fabulous condo
We loved this condo and North Topsail Beach. Incredible views of the ocean. The pictures do not do the condo justice. Looks much better in real life. North Topsail was magical. Lots of great places to eat. We will be back.

we loved Lorraine's condo
bright, cheery, with the best views of the ocean from every room (except for one of the bathrooms😀) well equipped for cooking . we used the gym everyday which was a great plus. pool looked very nice but we preferred to hang out on the beach. we would definitely return often if it wasn't so far for us (new hampshirites) who don't like driving so far❤️

Beautiful Condo
This was our third different condo rental at St Regis and this condo was absolutely without a doubt the best! The condo was immaculate and was decorated in a classy beach vibe that actually looked professionally decorated. The view from the balcony of the ocean was so beautiful! We sent a lot of time out on the balcony especially at sunset! We loved so much that we are already booked for next year! The only thing it needs to be clarified is that there is NO indoor pool. Thank you so much Lorraine for sharing your piece of heaven!

Great place to stay at the beach
My wife and I stayed at Lorraine's place for a second straight year at the end of August. If it wasn't good we wouldn't have come back a second time. Large, clean apartment with a great location and view. We had a small problem on arrival but Lorraine answered our call and quickly resolved it. Highly recommended.

Very nice property with a beautiful view!
Condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable! The ocean view is beautiful! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. You could smell the clean as soon as you opened the door. We rented linens and they were in the unit when we arrived. They are well worth the money to not have to take sheets and towels with you on vacation. The kitchen literally has anything you can think of for your stay. The only downfall was the internet connection. You can connect as a St Regis guest, but it is an unsecure connection, which really left us with nothing. We got by, but if you are combining work and vacation, you may be in trouble connecting for work. Otherwise, this is a beautiful condo unit, very nice facility, in a terrific location. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo has all your needs for vacation. It’s very close to the beach and the pool. Our favorite place was the balcony, it has a great view of the beach. Very close to many restaurants and stores. The restaurant in building 2 has great food and great view. We would like to book again in the near future.

Love this place!
I have stayed in other condos where you could hear noise from surrounding condos , but never have an issue with noise here. I love the location and all that this unit has to offer.

Girls' Trip
The property was perfect for our group of 4 life-long best friends. We have know each other since first grade. All of us turned 55 this year and created a tradition, a few years ago... To take trips together, every 5 years - (although we love our husbands) leaving them home, and just the girls. It's our 2nd time doing so and we had a blast. It was so much fun. We all love the beach. This place was perfect - awesome views and very nice accommodations! We want to thank the owners very much for sharing their property!

Loved it!
We had a great stay. This condo unit is clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and in a convenient location. While some public areas of the 35 year old St. Regis show their age, Lorraine’s condo has been updated and is very comfortable. Access to the beach is quite easy. We kept our beach chairs and umbrella in the car and picked them up near the steps that pass over the sand dunes to the beach. The pool area is large and a good option when one gets tired of the sand. This is a great place for a couple or a family.

Kid-friendly
This was our first time ever to Topsail. We are already planning next summer's vacation to return! The condo complex is very family oriented and kid-friendly. This specific condo is in a great location! Perfect view of the ocean and not looking over to other condo balconies (like you would in the inside part of the V part of complex). The condo was setup with everything we needed for a week's stay. Highly recommend the St Regis and THIS condo unit specifically!

Great Accommodations
Super clean condo, gorgeous ocean view. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy relaxing with your favorite people. We even saw dolphins from the deck while sipping on our morning coffee. We highly recommend this condo. Loved it.

Relaxation at it's best!
Upon arrival, the accommodations were clean and tasteful. Check-in was easy as well as check-out. We found a great tex-mex restaurant in town called AGAVE AZUL. The onsite restaurant had great food as well. We split our time cooking in the unit and going out to eat. We were very pleased with both. We only used the bed in the master bedroom and found it comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the two main chairs and mini table were comfortable and encouraged us to spend time in the fresh ocean air. From the balcony we saw pods of dolphins swim by multiple times...mostly early morning and near sunset. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic experience and hope to stay there again in the future. On a side note, if you like to stream and watch Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, etc. you may want to bring an HDMI capable streaming device to plug in to the TV's. Another plus was having a trash shoot down the hall so you don't have to venture down elevators or across parking lots to dispose of your garbage. Great experience and thank you for hosting us!

Can not get any closer to the beach
I stayed for 30 days. This property is simply amazing. So close to the beach and it has a million dollar view of the ocean. All modern conveniences are provided. The decor is quintessential beach vibe. Quiet, relaxing and very enjoyable. I'll be back...

Generally good, with a couple of questsions
Very first VRBO stay, so we weren't sure what to expect. We just left a VERY EXPENSIVE Wyndham time share deal. Beautiful properties, perfect amenities, but again very expensive. Beautiful view. Very reasonably priced. A couple of minor things marred what could have been a wonderful stay. We only tried 2 of the 3 DVD players and we couldn't get them to work. The one in the main room wasn't even connected to the tv. There was a random curtain rod and a set of curtains on the floor in the bedroom when we got there. There is a note saying don't set the A/C below 72. It was December, so that wasn't a problem for us, but I can only imagine how hot it would be in August. Maybe the system needs servicing? Replacement? I don't know but this would be an issue in the summer. We couldn't get the dishwasher to come on. Turns out there is a random light switch on the wall that controls it. That would have been nice to know. I understand that cleaners are money, but when the check in instructions tell me that I'm responsible to make sure the previous tenant cleaned the dishes and that I may have to clean them before I use them....... That bugs me. Finally, I guess there is a linen rental program that we didn't find out about. Bringing my own sheets and towels and having to make the bed first thing was interesting. Overall, a good stay. I would stay again, but maybe not in the summertime. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. We have owned the unit since 2007. The note has been above the AC since then. If you feel you need to adjust, you may. Dishes should all be clean. That is just a precaution for your safety. Its never been an issue for anyone else. My cleaning lady was able to hook up the DVD's. We now have simple directions in place. A label is on the switch now for the DW. To all future guests, there is a linen package available for a small fee. The St Regis is a great price for all it offers. We love it.

The condo was everything we could have wanted and more. The space was very clean and perfect a spot!
The condo was perfect for our family and enjoyed it for a couple weeks. The owners were always available from checkin to check out. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking and entertaining a crew. The view from the balcony at sunset was stunning! The kids enjoyed all the amenities that were offered right there on site. Plus the beach and Surf City were not far. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

Retirement kickoff
We had a wonderful time and this condo met all our expectations! We had friends over to stay a couple of nights and it was precious time spent with them. Unfortunately I have been needing a wheelchair and my hubby was able to take me to the beach with that ramp system that is on property! So thankful! We will definitely be back.

Great location!
This was our first time visiting Topsail Island. We were hoping to avoid a crowded, dirty beach and this place did not disappoint! We never had a problem finding a place to set up on the beach and it was a very short walk to the resort's beach access. I don't think we saw a single piece of trash on the beach or in the water the whole time we were there. We brought our 9 and 12 year old along and they had a blast playing in the surf. We found a ton of sharks teeth and beautiful shells. The outdoor pool was large and very clean. The indoor pool is still undergoing repairs due to past storms. The Condo was as described. It was clean when we arrived and check in/check out was a painless process. Communication with the owners was super easy and they were very quick to respond. The kitchen has all the basics. I cooked the majority of our meals and the only thing I would recommend is that you bring your own prep knives as the ones in the kitchen are all extremely dull. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this location that we have already booked it again for next year!
