A rainy day at the beach is still great.

Property was as described, nicely appointed, clean, newer/clean furniture, master bed was exquisite, Murphy bed was comfortable and convenient, kitchen nicely equipped for unit size, great porch area / views of ocean and resort, beach chairs and towels provided, nice touch of having a Dyson Fan in the unit. Villa Capriani property is well maintained and comfortable. On site restaurant is great and convenient, especially when it is storming. We dealt with TS Debbie for most of the time we were there but still had a great, enjoyable stay. Property manager responded quickly to any questions. We will stay there again.

Just a little FYI

My spouse and I have stayed at this facility the last 4 years. It’s a great place, but this year we both noticed that the facility has went down in the upkeep. There could definitely be some repairs and updates done. Ladders broken in pool, outdoor lighting needs bulbs replaced, weeds/flowers need trimmed around pool area, the gutters and awnings need replaced, the washing stations to get sand off is not up to par, etc. I know it sounds picky but when paying the price of this resort you expect better. Also I want to leave this review hoping it gets in the right hands. I hate to see such a beautiful resort go down hill and not get taken care of. Also, I had conversation with other guest that had the same concerns. Thanks
