Best pet friendly beach

We loved bringing our sweet fur baby for his first beach trip! It was our first time staying literally on the beach! The entire house was beautiful and well stocked! We pretty much sat out on the deck or out on the beach the entire time. For the most part we have the beach to ourselves which was wonderful and the people we did come in contact with were so nice! The stairs were a little bit steep but other than that everything was perfect

Seconds away from sand.

Beautiful place. Location is perfect. House is comfortable. Only thing I would mention is that the additional a/c units are very loud, but definitely needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beachfront spot

We were just steps from the shore. Multi level decks to look at the beach. Stayed with our adult children. There was plenty of room for family meals and time - also room to enjoy time apart. Location had plenty to do, close to Surf City. Would love to go back!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and furnishings in our house. We had everything we needed. The linens provided were great!The one minor comment is about the sliding glass door in the king bedroom. There was no latch, but there was a bar to keep anyone from opening the door. It made my daughter a little apprehensive at first so I slept in the other bedroom on that floor the first couple of nights.The above information indicates we stayed Saturday to Saturday but we actually stayed Sunday to Sunday and really enjoyed it!

Great location for Girl’s Beach Trip

Everything was as listed and everyone had a great time. Plenty of space, kitchen very well equipped with everything needed for a large group and you can’t beat the views. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Getaway

Great family getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of two beachfront balconies and listen to the soothing waves crashing just feet from your steps. Home is as pictured with beautiful decor and family amenities. Will certainly be returning to this one!!

Sea Rie-Treat is quiet, calm, pretty

We liked this property- it was as clean as can be, with complimentary items like dish soap and hand soap- but no complimentary toilet paper or paper towels like we have gotten at other VRBO properties. The TVs were difficult to work, and the wait to check in at 4pm a little long, but other than that it was a really good experience. This is a location so far from restaurants or grocery stores that I would recommend bringing food instead of eating out

Not so happy with the steps

The home itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything we needed but the steps are so narrow. I had to go down the steps sideways to have my whole foot on the step. Not recommend for the elderly with standing issues.

Charged for damage you didn't do

Charged for window handles being damaged. Exaggerated checkout pictures.Left pots out and pictured them after they were put in dishwasher. Sheets and comforters were piled in halfway and pictured as if we left them like that. Great location but a little shameless and classless to do such a thing.

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We had a great time. This was the cleanest rental house I've visited. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was very clearly labeled, and there was plenty of space for us to place all our things. As the listing says, you'll want to bring a lot of your own items (soap, toilet paper, etc), but there were sample size items for toiletries in each bathroom too. We took advantage of the beach and appreciated the beach toys and chairs that were at the house. We also loved that there was a supply of children's books, as we weren't able to pack too many. Our only issue was with the linen rental company, but the property manager was easy to get in touch with and took care of that for us. A couple safety gates would have been useful, given all the stairs, but we barricaded with furniture as necessary. I would absolutely recommend Sea Rie-Treat to anyone looking for a place right on the beach. The only exception would be for anyone with difficulty navigating stairs.
