Great spring break!

The house was perfect for our 3 families traveling in for spring break (6 kids, 6 adults). Great location, house was just as advertised- spacious and directly on the beach. The hot tub and pool were a kid favorite! Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach House

The property description was exactly what we found. The home was clean and well-maintained. Easy access to the beach and wonderful decks to take in sunrises. Gates allowed the dog and kids to roam about. Kitchen was well-stocked. Ice maker was a great bonus. Communication with the rental agency kept us up to date with timely reminders.

Wonderful Family Beach Week at 'Get Back'!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family beach week at 'Get Back'! We enjoyed the house's Beatles decor since I am a huge lifelong Beatles fan. The house was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it was filled with lots of cooking items and more than enough dishes and utensils for our family of 9. Having the linens included and beds already made was SO helpful. There were games and puzzles and beach games and pool floaties to keep everyone happy all week long. The owners have the house set up the best of any beach house we've ever stayed in, making everyone feel happy, comfortable, and relaxed for the week! Thank you for sharing your beach oasis with us!! Check-in and check-out were seamless with the door keypad system. The only negative was the rental management company's policy of letting someone else book the house, mid-week, for the next year while we were still there. I called Landmark on Wednesday morning, and no one answered. So I texted them right away to request to book the house for the same week in 2025. A short while later, I got a call back from them saying the 2025 week had been reserved by someone else, just 30 min earlier. My family can only get away for a week during the 2nd week of August each year, and now we can't return to this awesome house next year. Most other vacation rental companies on Topsail Island give current guests the 'first right of refusal' to rebook the same week for the following year up until Wednesday of the week they're in the house. (That gives you a chance to know if the house works for your group.) Some even give them until Monday of the week after being in the house. Then they open the week up for anyone else to reserve that week. That's not what Landmark does. They apparently don't care to have repeat guests. That's why I didn't give Landmark 5 stars.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I both grew up in Jacksonville and are very partial to Topsail Beach. Our annual trip with our two daughters and their spouses as well as six grand children is the highlight of the year. Everything about this rental from the pool to the hot tub to the beautiful beach added to a joyful experience. And of course the luggage elevator made unloading and re-loading very simple. There was something for everyone including an abundance of fishing for my son-in-law. We have been making this annual family vacation for over a decade to Topsail Beach and without question Get Back #141 has made this the best yet.

Our Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth year at "Get Back." The house is perfect for our family, oceanfront but yet with a heated pool. There was a bit of an issue with the pool this year. We paid to have it heated, but when we arrived, it was not heated. The pool pump had lost prime which caused the pool heater to not work. Ater a couple days of not using the pool, it was fixed and heated for use. We love this home! It's large enough that everyone can have their own space.

We have been renting beach houses for our family vacations for the past 20 years from the Outer Banks down to Topsail NC, by far this is our favorite house! The house was so clean, extremely well furnished and decorated! Loved everything about it. We really enjoyed the fresh baked sour dough bread the owners left us as a gift! Thank you!

Rip off!!

Expensive and unfortunate. We totally overpaid for this beautiful, well-equipped, great location home. The property manager was rude and unreasonable. Paying this much - we should have been warned about constant and loud construction, beach towels/equipment should be provided (other properties have for us in Topsail over the years), and it should have been a magical stay. It was far from that….

Fabulous family stay

The beach house was extremely clean when we arrived. Instead of my husband and I taking an European trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary, we wanted to share this special time with our family at North Topsail. Rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable to use. Pictures do not capture how warm the house feels. The kitchen had all that you would need to cook with and serve many people. We were a family of 13 and did not lack anything we needed. Even had a crock pot for us to use. Loved the 2 large drawers of extra silverware.Large front and back decks on multiple levels to spread out.Outdoor shower was a hit. The pool and the area around the pool was very inviting and offered sunny and shady areas to sit.Walkway to the beach and area to stash beach items at night was wonderful.Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. We had 4 oversized vehicles and there would have been room for at least 2 more cars if not more. Outside lift really came in handy for sending luggage and groceries to the second and third floor. Having a second dryer was most helpful. Ice machine in the laundry room as well. There is a great produce stand about 1 mile south of the house. Highly recommend and super nice folks.Would love to stay at this home again and again. Everyone hated to leave!

Loved the extra ice maker and dryer. Main problem and reason for 4 stars was there were roaches in kitchen and bathrooms. We tried to use the grill 2nd night and there was so much grease inside and on the grates it caught fire and flared up so much we couldn’t use it. I called the rental office but did not get much of a response.

Fantastic Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can’t wait to Get Back to Get Back! This house had everything we needed in our beach house stay. We had an issue with the pool pump not working properly early in our stay and one call to Landmark, and it was fixed by the time we returned from our outing. The private pool and private beach access was great and the cargo elevator was a life saver! If one thing could be added to the house, it would be a personal elevator—some of our travelers have bad knees so the steps were a little tough, but that didn’t hinder their enjoyment much. The deck access to 3 of the bedrooms was absolutely incredible and the views were breathtaking.
