Fabulous location - but house itself is subpar for the money... value not there...

The owners were wonderful in working with us to give us a discount due to part of our party cancelling from C19 but once we saw the house - we were VERY grateful for that BUT once we arrived we realized the original cost was WAY too much for the condition of the home. Location was fabulous... the lack of cleanliness was an issue... broom swept into the corners of the rooms so piles of dirt in the corners, behind the trash cans in the bathrooms (old qtips, hair etc), linens that were rented showed up after 2 calls and then it was 7pm night of check in. hand rails and trim was very sticky and the trash cans were over flowing from the previous renters. (which were over a week prior to us arriving) It coudl be amazing if it were just cleaned from top to bottom

Great house, great location!

We loved staying on the north side by the bridge as it is much less congested. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked so if you want to stay in and cook all week, you totally can! The covered porch is a nice break from the sun and the beach is steps away. The only downside we had was there was an air conditioning problem and we were toasty for a couple of days until the realty company brought an ac unit to help cool the house off. We had a great week!
