What a great place for a small family getaway!

We stayed for a few days and the place had everything we needed. It offered a welcoming space to sleep and eat, a pool, a hot tub, and a lovely environment by the beach. Perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.

This was our 4th visit to the island. We love it here. Check-in was so easy and communication was AMAZING! Weather did not cooperate with our plans but plenty to do with the retro video games, board games and stocked kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved the massage chair and SOFT beds! Easy beach access. Thanks for the hospitality.

Local lunch- homemade chips. We watched football.

Perfect in every way!

The condo is beautiful. The complex is well kept. You can see the surf and the pools on the property. Our family loved the place. Communication was awesome. All questions answered very quick. Don't hesitate to book this place.

Topsail

We really enjoyed everything. The pool and beach were wonderful and not too crowded. The condo was perfect. My only complaint is as a person with a handicap the hot tubs and part of the pool were inaccessible to me.

Wonderful hidden gem

As advertised! Condo was everything as explained and pictures were spot on. Everything worked and functioned as it should. Made for a very relaxing stay and just steps away from the beach. Topsail is very laid back and we are looking forward to our next trip!

Upscale condo

The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need down to starter soaps and k-cups + creamer. Super clean and felt fresh. We loved the privacy of the master suite and the amount of space for our family to settle in. The pools are nice. Note that you most likely will have to park across the street for most of your stay. It was easy to find a table and lounge chairs daily by the pool and plenty of room on the beach to spread out. We loved it!

Perfect condo!

We were very impressed by this condo and the owners! It is beautifully decorated, super comfortable, had everything we needed, and has a great view. Even the chairs on the balcony are super plush and comfortable. The owners sent wonderful, detailed check in and check out instructions, asked how our stay was going, and was very flexible with us on check out time, as we forgot there was a time change that weekend! We are already excited to come back later this season when the weather is nicer. Thank you so much!

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation at this condo. The couch and rooms were cozy, and we had ample space to play games, have meals, and do our puzzles. The washer and dryer were essential after having beach and pool time multiple times through the day and evening. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed the arcade and the massage chair was great to relax in the evenings. We had all the essentials in the kitchen to make easy meals. We had a great view of the pools and ocean from the balcony, and they were both easily accessible from the condo. It was a great vacation overall!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at Opa's Ocean Oasis and it was (again) wonderful! We couldn't ask for a more relaxing, luxurious condo for a get-away. It's extremely clean, and has everything you could want or need while on vacation. The massage chair in the master bedroom is amazing! The view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony is really nice! We loved sitting outside at night in the comfortable chairs listening to the ocean. It's truly a tremendous place to stay. Steve and Kyristen are the best hosts, and are always available. They're thoughtful and care about their guests. We'll be back for sure. It's our favorite place!

Perfect family vacation

Our family of 6 (18 years+) stayed at this condo and had a fabulous time! The entire condo was very clean, comfy, well stocked, had plenty of storage and living space for all of us. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean, pools and restaurant, and had many a time sitting there reading a book and enjoying the views. On a couple evening nights, live music was at the restaurant and had a perfect view. They even had a towel rack on the balcony for wet towels! The owners were amazing with communication, and very prompt with questions. Check in was a breeze! Loved the keyless entry. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable stay!

Outstanding Opa’s Ocean Oasis!

We absolutely loved the condo and it was perfect for our family of four, including a teenager and tween. The wow factor included the massage chair - which the four of us used consistently! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with more than we could use, and the owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was spotless and we loved being able to use the commercial washer and drier so we didn’t have to worry about doing laundry when we arrived back home. The decor was of high-quality and we even are interesting in purchasing the exact sectional for our own home! Communication with Steve was wonderful. Easy check-in and check-out. No need for keys! Overall, I think that Villa Capriani needs a little bit of TLC (especially the parking lot when it rains) which has nothing to do with the condo itself. We felt right at home and hated to leave. We will book again! Five stars!

Absolutley AMAZING!

Opas Ocean Oasis is amazing! Its inside beauty, comfort, and attention to every detail make it feel like home! We have stayed in many places and our main complaint is there is usually not enough TP/ Paper towels/ dishwasher or laundry soap, and the kitchens have very little. This kitchen has everything! We had PLENTY of all necessities. Also, You can choose YOUR temperature setting! The place is so clean and the decor is just so interesting. You can see the beautiful beach from your balcony! OH They have big tall chairs outside that are so comfortable (our favorite place for morning coffee!) We enjoyed the pools. We never had a problem getting a chair or a table. The best part! THE BEACH! The water is breathtakingly gorgeous! We enjoyed that we could put up our Shibumi within walking distance of the steps back to the condo this was the best of both worlds. We enjoyed our walks in the evening looking for shells and found shark's teeth. You're close enough to Surf City, and other towns if you want to explore what's around. We found amazing local food! I cannot wait to come back next year! This is my HAPPY PLACE!

Top of the line at Topsail!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Location, cleanliness, and amenities were spot on. The condo itself was perfect for our family of four. Easy check-in and checkout process. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Mother’s Day get away

Love this place!

Such a wonderful condo! All the comforts of home and more! What fun to have arcade games and a huge massage chair! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Owners are great communicators and we would definitely stay there again!

Loved the decor and lay out. Stephen is very responsive and easy to deal with. With it being a very hot weekend, the pool was packed it was hard to find pool chairs at times. Luckily the beach is right there and I suggested to provide some beach chairs as we (and I’m sure others also) flew in and would not pack those and they are expensive to purchase to just leave behind. The restaurant at the complex had good food, but can have a long wait in the summer, so I recommend sending someone to put your name in before you plan to go. We had to wait an hour. We will be back!
