The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Don’t worry about stripping the bed, I will get that.
Please put the towels in the laundry basket
Return the keys to the lockbox, leave the parking passes and please make sure the sliding door is closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
