New flooring throughout the main level, newly upgraded open kitchen space with a full-size dishwasher!  AfterDune Delight is the perfect spot to take a break and recharge to the sight and sound of the ocean. The beach is just steps away from the private balconies of this Townhome. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is located on a quiet and scenic stretch of North Topsail Beach. The beach crossover is so close it feels like it's just for you.  This area is fantastic for shell and shark teeth hunting or just laying your towel down and getting comfy for a day of sun. For the fisherman (or fisher ladies) in your group, you will only be a short walk from the Sea View Fishing Pier. The Seaview Pier can be seen from this property; it is the longest fishing pier (875 feet) on the North Carolina coast and is open 24/7. The Seaview Pier Restaurant and convenience store are just a 2-minute walk from the condo, they’re closer by the beach than by road!  You will also be a quick drive to local shops and restaurants. The closest off-island shopping and dining can be found in the town of Snead's Ferry, which is just over the bridge and only 7 minutes away.

There is a deck off the first floor of the home, where you enter through a sliding glass door. The living room is outfitted with a couch and chairs perfect to take a breather before running back outside. The dining room table seats 6. There is a large Smart TV, so you won’t miss your favorite programs or lose track of how your teams are doing. The kitchen is cozy and equipped with everything you would need for an average day of cooking. This kitchen DOES have a full-size dishwasher, which many other units in the complex do not. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub/ shower downstairs and a full bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor: one with a full-size and the other with a queen-size bed. The queen-sized bedroom has its own Smart TV as well as a lovely private deck for you to hide away as Island life unfolds around you. 

The spiral staircase from the living room to the second-floor loft is where you will find both a queen and full beds, and a full bathroom with a stand-alone shower. This room is so peaceful as the skylight filters in the sun during the day and the moon at night.   

2 vehicles can be parked at this property. One under the home and the other in the driveway. The full-size washer and dryer, as well as various beach chairs and toys, are in a small room in the carport. 

No matter what you are set on doing, or not doing while on Topsail- AfterDune Delight is sure to be just the ticket.

 Check-ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM 

Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking is monitored by HOA, please adhere to parking rules.

 Rates Include- Rent, Property Protection Plan, and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking. Pets are not allowed in our complex.

 Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island. 
Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
