Great beach vacation

This house was perfect for a mini family reunion. Beach access was easy and the pool and outdoor shower were great for the afternoon. There was plenty of space in rooms and common area plus the outdoor balcony for each room. We did run into a few issues but they were very responsive before, during, and even after the trip.

Family getaway

This home was perfect for our family! The space was not only beautiful but very well accommodated with blankets and books and games just a homey feel! The weather was perfect with a couple great thunderstorms in the evening. Loved it so much! Thank you for great memories made and so much love and laughter!

Beautiful home, wonderful views of the ocean and the sound

Beautiful, large and fully equipped home, multiple bedrooms set up for all ages; awesome ocean and sound views and the pool was a big hit for the kiddos and the hot tub for the adults! Only 3/10 mile from Seaview Pier and 5 minutes away from grocery store and restaurants. Each bedroom had their own deck; the views from the decks were breathtaking. The top floor with the open family room and combined kitchen area was our favorite hang out spot!!

Lovely ocean stay!

The house was furnished nicely with all the amenities. Great views of the ocean and sunsets over the marsh! The best part was being directly across the street from the beach access! If is could share two things that would make a difference, I would suggest rewriting the description of the inside of the house to more accurately describe where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. It was a little confusing. Also, a concrete slab in front of the pool gate (instead of rocks) would have been easier on the feet. All in all, a beautiful home and a fantastic location! We had a lot of fun!

Exceptional experience

Great location. Gave us everything one will need for stay. Smallest thing was thought and provided to us in bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, restrooms. I would not recommend anyone to book any other property than this one. I will also make sure to book this house when i meed to unwind my next trip.

Hard to find the good about our stay

We’ve been doing family vacations at different beach houses for many years. Unfortunately, this was the worst house we’ve ever stayed in. It started w/ problems booking after trying multiple credit cards. Then, we arrived & were very disappointed w/ the cleanliness of the home. I don’t think the bedspreads have ever been cleaned & the rugs were so dirty & full of sand. There was dog hair everywhere. The outdoor furniture was awful & very uncomfortable. The beach chairs supplied were rusted & not usable. The kitchen utensils & pans were the worst I’ve ever seen & most were unusable as well. Thank God we brought our own frying pan or we would have been eating teflon. Only 1 normal size (that I’d call small) refrigerator that couldn’t even handle our 3 small families’ (7 total people) food storage. We had to use coolers for our drinks. 4 of the 6 bedrooms were EXTREMELY small w/ tiny closets & no ceiling fans! How do you not have ceiling fans for 2 king bedrooms?? One of the king bedrooms is unusable due to noise from the 3 A/C units & pool pump located directly outside the windows. The pool pump stopped working day 2 & it took 2 days to get maintenance to come out & finally fix it. The elevator is super touchy & was a constant problem. The grill was disgusting & looked like it’s survived a couple hurricanes. The showers of the shared bedrooms were awful w/ water pressure to rip your skin off & they were very short sized. We won’t be back & I’d strongly suggest you NOT booking!

Not worth it

It all started when we were on our way. We received a text saying they were having issues with their key codes on the door and to use another code. When we got there, that code didn’t work. I made a call and, first of all, it was nearly impossible to get a live human on the phone. Once I did, you could tell the person was not in the US. It was freezing outside, we couldn’t get in, and he immediately asked me not to raise my voice. When we finally got inside, it was cute. Dirty, but cute. Ant traps, fly traps all over. Little bugs like gnats, flies, and ants were everywhere. They allow pets and so there was dog hair everywhere, stuck to the walls, etc. The top step at the fourth floor was cracked. But that wasn’t the worst part. On our last full day, the internet went out. We had 13 people in the house. No TV, no internet. I called Sea Scape Properties and was met with the most rude woman with attitude that I could imagine. She told me someone would call me back. Then I got the call from the woman who, again, was clearly not in the US. Not only did she laugh at me when I told her that this was a huge issue (Thanksgiving weekend = football) but it was an issue that the property owner created. It wasn’t just an area outage. The property owners made a change to the account which locked out the internet. We had to spend half a day dealing with Spectrum and some other company and troubleshooting the issue. Do you think they offered any compensation? No.
