Very nice property

Our group of 13 loved the spacious house. It was quite lovely. We enjoyed every meal in the beautiful kitchen and dining room and loved having the two additional ice makers plus the prep area downstairs for grilling (we brought our own). We also enjoyed the pool all day and hot tub every night. The house is very nice and we'd love to return in the future.

Lots of room but not clean

This house has a lot of room for big families and is pet friendly. We enjoyed the kitchen/family room and swimming pool area. Very sad to see that it had such worn out furniture and whoever cleans doesn’t clean! There is a lot of mold in this house. We had to call and let them know mold is growing in one of the bathrooms. It is also in an unrepaired bathroom in the basement. Too bad they are not maintaining the house but renting to people with mold in the house. For the price there is better for sure! Out of all of the house we have stayed in at Top Sail this has been the worst.

Great location for a great stay

Have rented annually for many years on Topsail. First year renting through Seashore. Communication was thorough and well done. The house was very enjoyable to stay in.

Wonderful Stay

Great time in North Topsail! It helped that is was 75 degrees on Dec 29 to Jan 1. The house was great, with tons of room and access to the beach. 10/10

Enjoyed Stay

The property was enjoyable except for some issues: 1. The web site stated there were 2 gas grills on the property. There were NONE. We had to rent a gas grill. 2. There were only between 5-10 forks in the silverware drawer, not enough for the number of guests stated for the property. We had to buy and use plastic forks 3. Dishwashers did not clean the dishes 4. Ice maker on the pool level did not work 5. Bathrooms had darkness on the grout which looked like mold 6. Needed more towel racks / hooks in the bathrooms 7. Mattress in the the master bedroom did not support you near the edge For the price to rent the property, we expected more and were disappointed.

Annual Family Thanksgiving Week

There are several things you should know (or, based on prior reviews, reminded of since prior guest comments apparently went ignored). First, mold. No rental home, on the beach or otherwise, and especially one being rented at the price we paid, should have mold in more than one bathroom. We informed you of this during our stay. You were sent pictures. While you offered to send someone to clean, this, of course, is something that should have been done before our arrival. We were charged for a cleaning that did not meaningfully happen. We bought product and cleaned. Every bathroom had issues, some worse than others. Had anyone done a walk through of the house, or cleaned the house as represented, the mold would have been seen. No one did a walk through of this house in the days before our arrival. There was grit on the kitchen countertops undermining any pre arrival cleaning. Second, many of the kitchen pots and pans are rusted and/or have stick-free surface material peeling off of them. Unsafe and not useable. Wi-fi did not work with any consistency. The network and password was supplied but we did not watch a show without interruption all week.The automatic ice maker had slime in it while running continuously. As a result we purchased many bags of ice . Overall, the house was disappointing given the lack of care and preparation for guests.

Very nice vacation. Property size was perfect.

Very nice home but needs repairs. Shower in master bath had one shower head with hot water, others had all cold water. Some power outlets did not work. Again, nice home but alot of updates needed.

Great beach access, amazing views from the house!

We had a wonderful time; the beach was beautiful, and the private access was a plus! We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The 2 ice machines were awesome! And there were lots of refrigerators too! There was also plenty of parking which was nice. We loved the top deck, it had great furniture to sit on to enjoy the evenings before and after dinner. The sunrises from the beach and sunsets from the front of the house are absolutely gorgeous! We are great friends who can make the best of any situation, but we all agree that the house needs some TLC. We were surprised to find so many things "tired" or of really poor quality in such an expensive rental property. The kitchen lacked glasses (the rental company did deliver more after we called), one oven didn't work well because the door was broken, the front of the built-in trash can was barely attached, and many of the utensils and other things in the kitchen seemed old and in need of replacing, especially considering we were there so early in the season. The house was also not clean when we arrived ~ there was a lot of sand on the floors but after we vacuumed ourselves, it was better. The theater room needs major updating. Everyone complained the comforters on the beds felt dirty. The elevator didn't pass inspection upon our arrival, and it took from Saturday until Tuesday afternoon before we got the okay to use it, and that was only because we called and asked. One of us needed the elevator for accessibility (which we explained on Saturday when they called us) so that was really disappointing. Carrying up groceries for 18 people for the week was horrible! Luckily, we had some young adults who did most of the heavy carrying to the top floor. The house has tons of pluses, and we all had a great time. We would love to go back to Topsail, but we all felt that, for what we paid, we expected things to be a bit nicer than what we found at this house.

Great house and plenty of room

This house was amazing. Had my 5 children and 10 Grandchildren. The house had some much room and everyone loved the location and accommodation. Kids had plenty of space and the adults had a great time knowing the kids were all within ear and eye shot. We could not have picked a better home to enjoy our vacation. I did leave some booger boards and ga es for the next lucky family. Hope your reunion is a wonderful as ours was. We had a wonderful dolphin show every morning. We rented 3 gulf carts to make touring the area more fun. IT WAS A PERFECT HOME!
