“The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. It’s set on a remote beach so the views can’t be beat. The food was excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again!”

“是自助check in 。但問題是有提供茶包和咖啡包，卻找不到「熱水」！房間也沒有熱水快煮壺！打電話也找不到飯店工作人員！留言也等不到任何回應！真的很生氣！後來給我撞見工作人員，問他一問三不知，說他是第一天上班，所以搞不清楚狀況！真是令人哭笑不得！也不知道熱水怎麼燒！
後來我只好跟他講說請他想辦法給我弄一壺熱水到我房間，最後終於他弄來一壺熱水。
不錯的一點是，早餐還蠻豐盛的，算是彌補了我前一個晚上的不愉快”
