“Clean, comfortable, nicely ecorated, close to campus. My only complaint wuld be that maybe they could have some Keurig coffee and creamers compimentary. All other places that i have VBROed or hotels do this. Otherwise was very nice and would stay there again.”

Owner also communicated with us that the exterior of the property was being worked on which explained the rather run down look outside (they were pulling down siding). Looking around the complex, the other units with the new siding and new bridges looked great - so I'm sure this unit will look great on the outside too. Inside was nice and clean. “Great house for our stay of one night, in town for a family member’s wedding. Really appreciated the good communication with the host, he was so helpful in accommodating a special request. Also, I’ve stayed in several rentals over the years and this might be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! Didn’t cook so can’t say much about specific kitchen amenities, but certainly we had all the basics we needed. The location was good for us as it was near our event venue, but the neighborhood……

“The property was very well maintained & comfortable for our situational needs. We came to compete in Texas 4-H Roundup 2024 hosted at Reed Arena, so it was perfect location. “My husband and I were in town for a concert and stayed 2 nights. The cabin was easy to find, only minutes from town, comfortable and clean with nice extras like cold drinks and pecan coffee. We really enjoyed the outside shower and the rocking chairs were so comfortable! My only issue was I like to sleep in super cold room, but Texas summer kept creeping in. “A well appointed, comfortable cabin. We booked it as a place to stay at night after spending the day at Lake Somerville. The a/c works great and the shower was perfect after a day in the heat. The decor is tasteful and stylish. We will be back!”

“The hou8se itself was extremely clean. And our host was extremely easy to contact. The house did have an ant infestation and we paid quite a bit of money for the property to have a pool, only to get there and the pool be almost disguisting. There were dead leaves and dirt on the bottom of the entire pool. I understand that the house is supposed to be completely accesible and it just didnt feel like we got a fair shake dealing with you guys.”
