With 965 square feet and two private bedrooms, this condo is ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

Mountain living meets modern design in this beautiful condo, which offers an updated appeal throughout each space. The entryway opens up into a light and bright kitchen, complete with white cabinetry and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning from the kitchen island, which seats 3. Cookware and tableware are also provided for cooking full meals, which can be enjoyed at the adjacent dining table where there is seating for four. The kitchen flows easily into the living room, where a comfortable L-shaped sofa awaits. The gas fireplace and wall-mounted flatscreen TV are integrated into a sleek design that provides both warmth and entertainment. Slide open the glass doors that lead from the living room onto your own private patio, where you will enjoy distant mountain views. Enjoy the convenience of this ground-floor unit, which offers easy access to parking and additional onsite amenities.
High-quality wood flooring, exposed wooden beam ceilings, and recessed lighting throughout this condo give it a cohesive modern appeal in each living space. The master bedroom is restful and inviting, with a king-sized platform bed and a spacious closet. The en suite bathroom offers a walk-in glass and tile shower which can be separated from the vanity with a sliding pocket door for added privacy. The second bedroom is located right next door and offers double-size bunk beds draped with high-quality linens. The second bathroom is located right across the hallway from bedroom two, featuring a walk-in glass and tile shower. Both bedrooms offer additional wall-mounted flatscreen TVs for unwinding with a movie in the evening from the comfort of the bed.
Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
