3BR Summit Retreat, Short Walk to Village & Slopes

Welcome to Summit 105B, our newly updated Snowshoe Condo at the greatest ski and mountain biking resort in the Mid-Atlantic! We have everything you need to make your vacation great, including a large and cozy gathering space right on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 7 beds, 4 Roku TVs, free wifi, and even an in-unit washer and dryer!
Enjoy frequent visits from our friendly deer neighbors right from our bottom floor private balcony. Adults can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the breathtaking sunsets over the mountains.
Our unit is stocked with the necessities to make your vacation amazing, and it is ready to host you and your family and friends! You can expect everything from toilet paper, paper towels, linens and bath towels, kitchen condiments, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee bar, board games, playing cards, and even a waffle maker!
The unit has an 8,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner. It doesn't get very hot on the mountain during the summer, but if it does this unit does a great job of keeping the unit cool. There are also a few fans in the unit in the event that they are needed.
Our unit is NOT ski in/out, but it is only a 3-4 minute walk up the stairs and across the street to the Village. Also, when the mountain is open the free shuttle runs on a continuous loop and can pick you up right outside the condo and drop you off right beside the slopes--it's as easy as waiting a few minutes for them to drive by or just giving them a call for a pickup!
