Wide living-room windows frame the mountains from this two-bedroom, two-bath Mountain Lodge condo near the Ballhooter lift. A king primary suite, a second bedroom with a queen bunk over a king, and a sleeper sofa sleep 6. A full kitchen with granite counters, dining for four, a private balcony and two free parking spaces. Ski-in/ski-out, a short walk from Snowshoe Village.



Two bedrooms and two full baths give families real separation: parents in the king suite, kids in the bunk room, and no queue for the shower before first chair. It is a second-floor home base with the slopes outside and the Village a short walk away.



THE CONDO

- Setting: second floor of Mountain Lodge, served by an elevator.

- Primary bedroom: a king bed, a wall-mounted TV and its own en-suite full bath.

- Second bedroom: a queen bunk over a king bunk and a dressing table.

- Living room: a sleeper sofa, a smart TV, Wi-Fi and large windows facing the mountains.

- Kitchen: granite counters, refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and drip coffee maker, with cookware, dishes, utensils and wine glasses.

- Dining: a table that seats four.

- Bathrooms: two full baths, each with a tub and shower combination.

- Balcony: private, off the living room.

- Extras: ceiling fans, an iron and board, a desk and desk chair.

- Climate: the condo is heated for winter. There is no central air conditioning; a window air conditioner is set up in the living room during summer months.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT AND LIFTS

- Mountain Lodge is ski-in/ski-out, and the Ballhooter high-speed quad loads a short walk from the building.

- Clip in near the door in the morning and ski back to the building at the end of the day.

- Ski and bike lockers in the building can be rented by the day, first come, first served.

- Lift tickets, rentals and lessons are not included and are booked with Snowshoe Mountain Resort.



THE BUILDING

Mountain Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out building near the Ballhooter lift, a short walk from the Village.

- Billiards table

- Fitness room with treadmills, a bike and an elliptical, facing the mountains

- There is no pool or hot tub in the building. Split Rock Pools sits next to the Mountain Lodge lot, with indoor pool and hot tub access paid separately at $15 per person per day.

Building and resort amenities are operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort and the building association and keep seasonal hours.



ARRIVAL, PARKING AND CHECK-IN

- Check-in is 5 PM. Checkout is 11 AM.

- Check in at the Mountain Lodge front desk, on the left as you come through the main entrance. It is staffed 24 hours. Bring photo ID to collect your amenity key, which carries a $5 refundable deposit.

- The desk checks in only names already on the reservation, so send us the name of anyone in your party arriving ahead of you.

- Your door code arrives by email the day before arrival.

- Parking: free on-site parking for two vehicles, a short walk from the entrance.

- Arriving early to ski? Park free at Top of the World for the day, then come to Mountain Lodge at 5 PM to check in.

- There is no cell service near the resort. Download directions and offline maps before you leave home.

- Four-wheel drive is strongly recommended when it snows.



GOOD TO KNOW

- The bunk room suits kids best; the top bunk is a climb.

- The sleeper sofa is ideal for kids or a short stay.

- Washers and dryers are coin-operated in the building, not in the condo.

- Two parking spaces are included. Any extra cars park in the resort lots.

- Maximum occupancy is six, whatever the bed count suggests.



THE VILLAGE AND THE MOUNTAIN

Snowshoe Village is a short walk from Mountain Lodge: The Junction, Foxfire Grille and Waffle Cabin, plus ski and snowboard rentals, the ski school, shops and a convenience store. The free resort shuttle loops between the buildings, the Village and the base areas, so the car can stay parked all week.

Winter is skiing and riding, tubing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Summer brings lift-served mountain biking, hiking, golf and paddling on Shavers Lake. Cass Scenic Railroad State Park, with its steam-driven Shay locomotives, is a scenic drive down the mountain.



THE MOUNTAIN, SEASON BY SEASON

Winter 2026-27: Snowshoe plans to open November 25, 2026 and run to March 21, 2027, weather permitting, with about 60 trails, 257 acres and 1,500 feet of vertical. Silver Creek adds night skiing until 9 PM from mid-December to early March, and Snowshoe is on the Ikon Pass. Off the slopes: the Coca-Cola Tubing Park, guided snowmobile tours, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Dates to know: Village Tree Lighting (Nov 28), Winter Brewfest (Dec 12), Christmas in the Village (Dec 24), New Year's Eve, Pride Weekend (Jan 8-10), Kids Ski Free Week (Mar 8-14) and the Spring Fling pond skim (Mar 20).

Summer: the Snowshoe Bike Park runs more than 40 trails over 1,500 feet of descent, the Raven Golf Club is an 18-hole Gary Player design, and the Ballhooter lift carries you up to Shavers Lake for paddleboards and canoes. The 4848 Festival brings live music to the mountain.

SEASONAL RESORT AND BUILDING AMENITIES: PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK

Snowshoe is a seasonal mountain resort. Many of its shops, restaurants, activities, lifts and shuttles operate only part of the year. Building amenities such as pools, hot tubs, saunas, fitness rooms, ski lockers and front-desk check-in locations are run by Snowshoe Mountain Resort and the building associations, not by LuxStayUSA, and may be closed for the season, for weather or for maintenance during your stay. We don't control their schedules, so please confirm current hours and availability directly with Snowshoe Mountain Resort before you book. Closures of these third-party facilities don't change your reservation terms.
