A king bedroom, a deep sectional and a kitchen island with granite counters, three floors up in Mountain Lodge and a short walk from the Ballhooter lift. The condo has one bedroom, one bath with a walk-in shower and a sleeper sofa, and sleeps 4. A private balcony, a smart TV and one free parking space round it out. Ski-in/ski-out, with Snowshoe Village a short walk away.



Two people have room to spread out here; four is cozy. It suits a couple's ski week, or parents with two kids who want to park once, take the elevator up and not touch the car again until checkout. Evenings are quiet on the third floor, with the Village close enough for dinner on foot.



THE CONDO

- Setting: third floor of Mountain Lodge, served by an elevator.

- Bedroom: a king bed, closet storage and a wall-mounted TV.

- Living room: a sectional sofa with a sleeper, a smart TV and Wi-Fi, open to the kitchen.

- Kitchen: granite counters and an island for prep or a quick breakfast, with stainless appliances: refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus a toaster and drip coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, utensils and wine glasses are stocked.

- Dining: island seating and a dining table.

- Bathroom: one bath with a walk-in shower.

- Balcony: private, off the living area.

- Work: a desk and desk chair.

- Climate: the condo is heated for winter. There is no central air conditioning; a portable air conditioner and fans are provided for warm summer days.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT AND LIFTS

- Mountain Lodge is ski-in/ski-out, and the Ballhooter high-speed quad loads a short walk from the building.

- Clip in near the door in the morning and ski back to the building at the end of the day.

- Ski and bike lockers in the building can be rented by the day, first come, first served.

- Lift tickets, rentals and lessons are not included and are booked with Snowshoe Mountain Resort.



THE BUILDING

Mountain Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out building near the Ballhooter lift, a short walk from the Village.

- Fitness room with treadmills, a bike and an elliptical, facing the mountains

- There is no pool or hot tub in the building. Split Rock Pools sits next to the Mountain Lodge lot, with indoor pool and hot tub access paid separately at $15 per person per day.

Building and resort amenities are operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort and the building association and keep seasonal hours.



ARRIVAL, PARKING AND CHECK-IN

- Check-in is 4 PM. Checkout is 10 AM.

- Check in at the Mountain Lodge front desk, on the left as you come through the main entrance. It is staffed 24 hours. Bring photo ID to collect your amenity key, which carries a $5 refundable deposit.

- The desk checks in only names already on the reservation, so send us the name of anyone in your party arriving ahead of you.

- Your door code arrives by email the day before arrival.

- Parking: free on-site parking for one vehicle.

- Arriving early to ski? Park free at Top of the World for the day, then come to Mountain Lodge at 4 PM to check in.

- There is no cell service near the resort. Download directions and offline maps before you leave home.

- Four-wheel drive is strongly recommended when it snows.



GOOD TO KNOW

- The condo is most comfortable for two. With four, expect a cozy living room once the sleeper sofa is open.

- The sleeper sofa suits kids or a short stay better than a week of adult nights.

- There is one bathroom, so stagger the morning routine on ski days.

- Washers and dryers are coin-operated in the building, not in the condo.

- One parking space is included. A second car parks in the resort lots.



THE VILLAGE AND THE MOUNTAIN

Snowshoe Village is a short walk from Mountain Lodge: The Junction, Foxfire Grille and Waffle Cabin, plus ski and snowboard rentals, the ski school, shops and a convenience store. The free resort shuttle loops between the buildings, the Village and the base areas, so the car can stay parked all week.

Winter is skiing and riding, tubing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Summer brings lift-served mountain biking, hiking, golf and paddling on Shavers Lake. Cass Scenic Railroad State Park, with its steam-driven Shay locomotives, is a scenic drive down the mountain.



THE MOUNTAIN, SEASON BY SEASON

Winter 2026-27: Snowshoe plans to open November 25, 2026 and run to March 21, 2027, weather permitting, with about 60 trails, 257 acres and 1,500 feet of vertical. Silver Creek adds night skiing until 9 PM from mid-December to early March, and Snowshoe is on the Ikon Pass. Off the slopes: the Coca-Cola Tubing Park, guided snowmobile tours, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Dates to know: Village Tree Lighting (Nov 28), Winter Brewfest (Dec 12), Christmas in the Village (Dec 24), New Year's Eve, Pride Weekend (Jan 8-10), Kids Ski Free Week (Mar 8-14) and the Spring Fling pond skim (Mar 20).

Summer: the Snowshoe Bike Park runs more than 40 trails over 1,500 feet of descent, the Raven Golf Club is an 18-hole Gary Player design, and the Ballhooter lift carries you up to Shavers Lake for paddleboards and canoes. The 4848 Festival brings live music to the mountain.

SEASONAL RESORT AND BUILDING AMENITIES: PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK

Snowshoe is a seasonal mountain resort. Many of its shops, restaurants, activities, lifts and shuttles operate only part of the year. Building amenities such as pools, hot tubs, saunas, fitness rooms, ski lockers and front-desk check-in locations are run by Snowshoe Mountain Resort and the building associations, not by LuxStayUSA, and may be closed for the season, for weather or for maintenance during your stay. We don't control their schedules, so please confirm current hours and availability directly with Snowshoe Mountain Resort before you book. Closures of these third-party facilities don't change your reservation terms.
