Great Location

This unit is located in a prime spot in Showshoe near several of the restaurants, shops, and a lift. The unit is near a door so entry and exit is easy. There can be some noise in the unit from people using the door/adjacent stairs, but it wasn’t an issue. It served as a nice base of operations for our trip. Leon is also very responsive to any inquiries.

I dont understand all the great reviews of this place. Not recently renovated...maybe 3 yrs ago. Sleeper sofa is broke down and awful, the place wasn't cleaned when we arrived but housekeeping was gone for the day. Bathrrom was full of hair, sheets were gross and also full of hair. Place us very damaged and towel rack ripped out of the wall. I dont care about scuffed up walls but towel rack would have been nice. Space is so tiny if u have more than 2 ppl staying, toy should find other accommodations. 2nd night we ran out of hot water. Only giving 2 stars bc host was responsive. Overall, the place is a dump. Sorry.

Nice Unit, Great location, Perfect Host

Great unit very convenient to both Ballhooter and parking lot. First floor. Unit had everything we needed, was clean, and was tastefully furnished. Host was available and ready to respond to any of our concerns/questions/needs (of which there were none).

Leon was a great host! Condo is clean, well kept and great place to come back to after a long day out—Kitchen had everything we needed, furniture was really comfortable. Steps away from the village and slopes! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a quaint and cozy one bedroom. Location is great, right by lifts and the village. Close distance to everything. Location of unit is also conveniently by an entrance. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Clean space, well stocked. Cute and modern design.

This condo was in a perfect location for us to have a mountain retreat for Fourth of July fireworks. It is close to everything we wanted to enjoy. We were happy it was ground floor access. This ski in/ski out Condo is Cozy, but quite functionable. It has been updated, and it was very well kept. There was a full size coffee pot as well as a Keurig, which we appreciated alot. We were skeptical after seeing some reviews about other units, but did not have any unpleasant experiences.
