POWDERIDGE #14 - 2 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE, 2.5 BATHS - BEDDING: MASTER Bedroom: King Bed, TV/DVD, private bath; Bedroom # 2: Pillowtop Queen Bed, TV/DVD. Large Flat Screen TV/DVD and Queen size sofa bed in the Living Room. Two story townhouse with a Living Room, Dining Area & Half Bath on the main floor. Washer/Dryer. wood fire place (wood provided). A large exterior deck overlooks the slopes. Ski gear storage entry.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Park at your door. Free Resort Shuttle Service.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Condo is in an excellent location. Well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Nice mudroom. If I owned it, I would gut the interior. The carpet looks to be 30 years old, and the rest of the interior needs a major refresh. One recliner no longer closes and is a potential threat for small children or pets getting stuck in it.

Great location but smoke smell made it unpleasant

Great location but as soon as we checked in there was an overwhelming smoke smell with a disconnected fire detector in the main living area. Contacted management which was easy and they said they would place an ionizer to try to clean the air but said that we would need to be out of the condo for 1-2 hours. They did quickly place the ionizer but did nothing to reduce the smell. When they came to pick up the equipment they said oh well, nothing else they could do. The smell was so overpowering there is no way the cleaning crew shouldn’t have noticed. And when there initial attempt did nothing to alleviate the problem nothing else was attempted, no air fresheners, no additional attempts at cleaning… just oh well nothing we can do about it. We left our clothes in our bags to reduce the smoke permeating our clothes but still had to wash everything when we got home. Great location, decent living space but would not recommend as it was a “smoke free rental” which was anything but

Perfect Location Just Steps From Slope

Property is a little dated. Secondary bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable. Dimmer light fixture in dining room was broken, and had to pull extra hard while locking the door to get it to lock. Overall very nice and would recommend.

Great Location and Amenities!

We traveled a long distance and stayed for just two days so we were very pleased to find a clean, comfortable rental that had everything you needed! It was walking distance into the village and the ski in, ski out was easy and so helpful with two kids!

Super enjoyed our stay at Powder ridge townhomes at snow shoe Excellent for ski in and ski out. Bringing essentials like food from home is a plus because limited grocery shopping Powder ridge was a great place to stay and our family had a blast.

Great location

Very clean, and super close to the slopes. Lack of multiple beds in the secondary bedroom was a challenge when traveling with more than one kiddo. however, there was enough room to set up and air mattress in the second room. Great for two couples looking to get away...less so for families with kids.

We have stayed at various Powder Ridge units since they were built in the 80’s. Chose this one for proximity to lift. It’s comfortable but dated a bit. No complaints.

Great location

The property was well stocked with everything needed to be comfortable and to cook. It is right at the top of the powderidge lift so was so easy to pop back to the condo for lunch or a break. The only issue was that the door code did not work upon arrival. With no cell service, we had to drive to a different location to call and get the code, a completely different one than the one that had been emailed to us weeks earlier. Overall, a great property and a fun stay!

Great condo and location

Very convenient location to Powder Ridge slopes and lift, comfortable size and just right for our holiday getaway. Could use some updates but otherwise a nice place to stay. I would stay here again.
