RIMFIRE 460 - 1 BED; 1 BATH - BEDDING: Queen and a Queen Sleeper Sofa - This comfortable one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4. Located on the top floor with great views of the Village. Full kitchen, sleeper sofa, gas fireplace with deck, and outdoor furniture. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on. VILLAGE VIEW

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Great location and nice building! Loved everything but the bed which was very loud. Neither my husband or I got decent sleep for our entire stay due to the low quality main bed. Everything else was nice.

Perfect Condo for a small group

Great location, clean place-love that the condo is on the fourth floor with the laundry facilities. My only complaint is that there is no official lobby for the Rimfire units…we were confused checking in as to which building our unit was located-Rimfire North or South because there was no specification. If you need extra keys you have to drive back to Casago office location down the mountain. It was noted that we had use of ski lockers but never could find those. We asked other Casago guests on our floor and they had no idea either.There was also no parking instruction in any of the checkin materials.

The condo is cozy, right there in heart of the village. Excellent view from the hot tub. The was not a whole lot going on for the weekend we were there so lodge was very quiet, which is what we enjoy.

This property was overall clean and in a wonderful location in the Village with quick access to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. The beds/sheets were not the most comfortable, and the sheet on the pull out bed was dirty. Other than these few issues, we really enjoyed our stay!
