ALLEGHENY SPRINGS 440 - 2 BEDROOM PLUS 2 BATH - BEDDING: Master BR King and a queen sleeper sofa, BR #2 King. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2 bedroom plus den 2 bath sleeps 8. This unit has a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large living room with a gas fireplace. King beds in the bedrooms with memory foam sleeper sofas in the living room and den.

SLOPE SIDE - Allegheny is located adjacent to the Skidder slope at the top of the Ballhooter Lift - Between Mountain Lodge and Highland House.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Free Long Distance; Elevators; Fitness Room; Sauna; Outdoor Heated Pool; Hot Tub; Ski Storage lockers/Bike Storage; Laundry facility on site; Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal); Parking in main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive and Valet Parking is available for an additional per night fee.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smokingor Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Fabulous Slopeside Condo!

Newly updated with beautiful decor throughout. Top floor (with cathedral ceiling!) and huge balcony deck provides a perfect view of the Ballhooter lift and slopes, as well as a view to the lake below. Our only suggestion is to tweak the door to the deck so that it latches properly. We were there on a windy weekend and got surprised when the door blew open a few times. We could deadbolt it, which solved the problem, but it would have been nice if it had closed properly. However, this had no impact on our rating--this place is top-notch!

Fun family weekend!

First time at Snowshoe. The condo was beautiful; very clean and in an excellent location, with slope side views! Check-in / check-out was very easy and amenities at the condo were as described. Our family enjoyed the village atmosphere, dining, and great snowboarding! Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing location and views!

Our family of four had an incredible stay! The extra den was so convenient for our boys to hang out and there was plenty of room throughout. Loved the proximity to the village, restaurants, slopes , pool / hot tub, and locker room. Seamless check in process and welcoming , friendly staff. The views of slopes, mountain and sunset were also outstanding!! Would definitely recommend and come back.

Boys Bike trip.

Came up for the long weekend. This place was great. Right on the slope, so when there was a weather delay we couple just look out our window to see if the flag was down. Hot tubs and pool were amazing and we even got a nice sauna sit in! Would definitely recommend!

A Beautiful Spot!

Loved this condo. My friends and I came for a music festival. I booked this room as soon as it was announced. A gorgeous view with an ample deck, plenty of space - there were only three of us, but we could have had another one or two in the den and it would have been just as comfortable. Thanks very much! Hope to stay here again next year!

Enjoyed our stay!

Great property! Comfortable beds. Private ski locker easily accessible by taking the stairs just two doors down. Interestingly, we never turned on the heat in the condo the entire time we were there even though the outside temp got down to 15 for two mornings, and the high temp was never above 42. Actually slept with the window open a bit. We really enjoyed our stay, and will rent this condo again next time we visit Snowshoe!
