"There were many breakfast choices, and all were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water machine was nice. Pool was icy cold. Bathroom sink had brown gunk in the drain hole. Hall to room was quite long, and no elevators were available to upper floor. VERY noisy location, between freeway and 4 lane highway. $444 for 2 nights stay was way too much for this room/property. Late checkout policy was excessive; $125 after 1:00 PM. Expedia was HORRIBLE to work with. First, our reservation was lost, but we were charged! Then, it took 2 1/2 hours talking with what was supposed to be customer service, to try to figure out the multiple mistakes. My comments may be used in their entirety; not just fragmented parts. "
