"This property was in an amazing location close to all the main attractions ! But lovely and quiet also! The staff couldn’t do enough for you! There was free drinks in the library in the afternoon! There’s a nice terrace we visited once but then it closed for maintenance! We didn’t have breakfast as found cheaper alternatives! We had a superior double room 253 was beautiful and large looked o to the courtyard! Amazing stay would throughly recommend"

"This is a very old hotel. The staff is not the friendly kind you would expect. The room was ok, good enough for one night, but the bathroom would benefit from a remodel for sure! Breakfast was very good, great coffee, but overall would not go back. We actually left after one night instead of staying 2 as planned and found us a nicer place....and of course had to pay for it "

"Its quite a dated property for comfort and definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The bedsheets and pillows were the worst Ive experienced - they seemed to be made of weird recycled material. The reception staff were pleasant but they recommended a local car rental company as their prefered provider who ended up quoting way more than every other rental company in Verona and they said they could deliver car to the hotel - not the actual case so we cancelled and booked with bigger name."

"Hotel Mastino was a wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of Historic Verona. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The room was clean and the shower had amazing water pressure, which was fantastic! Breakfast was absolutely amazing with a variety of food to choose from. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!! "I really loved staying here. The place was very clean and cozy. It was very accessible to the attractions, bus stops. Self check in was a plus. They sent me a video on how to check in and it was very helpful. The host was responsive to questions and helpful. I definitely recommend this place :)"
