"Hotel was good, room was unique and its in a good location close to the city. Breakfast was excellent but the real reason it gets 5 stars is Ruhan. Not sure if he is the owner or manager but he was there every day, no matter what time of day it was. He helped us with everything and treated us like royalty. He is a true gem of hospitality."

"We had a wonderful few days here. The staff were super helpful, friendly and spoke good English and gave us recommendations of places of interest. Excellent breakfast every morning. Great view literally overlooking the castle. Not for people with walking disabilities as there are many steps. Away from the busy tourist area of Goreme. The only down side was a really annoying dog barking across in the town that echoed round the hillside. Good ear plugs sorted this problem. "

"We arrived very late but staff were very helpfull & guided us to our well-appointed cave room which we loved. The hotel is a beautiful stone building spread over several levels on the hillside with a pool and carious outdoor areas. Breakfast was good with the ability to order eggs or omlete to taste"
