"The property is absolutely stunning and offers an incredible, authentic breakfast. There’s also plenty of accessible trails and hiking opportunities along with a short walk into the city center. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and each area was very well thought-out, but the readily available staff is what truly made our experience unforgettable. The concierge provided plenty of options of things to do and helped us craft our itinerary and coordinated our excursions with nearby operators. 10/10 recommend and would love to stay here again! "

"We stayed for three nights.
Accommodation was VERY disappointing.
Had to pay in cash.
Location was remote.
Room was very small.
Third bed was broken.
Toilet seat was broken.
Shower door would not close.
Room was not serviced.
There was as a dog onsite that roamed freely, attempted to bite my children, and was a general pest.
No staff onsite after 6 pm.
Only redeeming quality was the lady that worked there. She was very friendly but could not speak any English. Breakfast was okay. "
"It was the most amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel’s concept is inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy and put many references throughout the hotel. All of the staff worked as a team to make our vacation very pleasant and worry free. We didn’t want to leave the hotel and I guess that’s the only thing we can complain about it. "We very much enjoyed this hotel. It is in a small village away from the super busy tourist areas of Goreme. The hotel is very cool and has many peaceful patios to relax. The staff is excellent and the service is superb. We will visit again. I also suggest allowing the hotel to arrange your plans in the area.
