“Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The architecture, the location, the room, the service, all of it. Top notch. Cannot recommend enough ”

“Stanza pulitissima. Super accogliente. Letto comodo. Curato nei minimi dettagli ! Consigliatissimo !”

“Spacious dining area and also a kitchen. Good breakfast as well. There's a place to wash and hang your laundry. But the room was a bit cold and we had to ask the front desk for heating several times. Heating is controlled by the front desk, and it is turned on for an hour or so only. Since it was still cold at night, wish they left it turned on during the night.”

“Hotel lobby and staff was welcoming. Our room was just what we were looking for - clean with comfortable beds and a good hot shower. Our window overlooked the historic aquaducts, it was an interesting comparison to Lisbon Aqueduto das Águas Livres. ”

“Hace 30 años seguro que era el mejor hotel de Póvoa, lo único que le queda de aquellos años es la localización, a pie de playa, al lado del casino, pero ni tiene parking ni tiene glamour, se quedó parado en el tiempo. Demasiadas estrellas para este hotel.”

“Blood stained sheets upon lifting pillow. Other unknown stains on sheets and mattress cover of both beds. Bunk bed combo double bed on bottom. Long hairs on bathroom sink. Long hair on entryway side table. Several hairs( possibly pubic) you decide with pictures. Dirty Baseboards and dust bunnies in common areas. We covered pillows with towel and used hiking blanket for comfort. I contacted host with our concerns he advised us to change sheets ourselves, wait 3-4 hours for cleaning staff or……

“Hotel room looks old. Room is very hot. I need to open the door for fresh air. Internet suck! No internet connection for my Computer and phone. Or connected but very slow even could not receiving email. The situation will become better only if they have the tourists group. If the group gone, the internet suck again. No a busy hotel! I’m the only one in my floor. When I go out the elevator, all dark. It is scary.... Poor service of the front desk! When asking more for the bill copy, they will……
