Paula (the restaurant server at breakfast) was very attentive and very nice. All of the staff were the best! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with many options to satisfy most if not all appetites, and the food variety was healthy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay at Hotel Elakati again. ”

Reception is not manned all the time however hotel is run by a lovely lady who proactively communicates and aims to address any queries asap. The building itself shows signs of age but rooms are kept to a good standard. I'd recommend to couples.”
