"The apartment was clean and well appointed. It answered all our needs. The grounds were beautiful. A quiet neighborhood. The parking area was full, but I rarely saw another guest. The hosts were helpful when called upon, but otherwise I felt like I was alone on the property. This was my third time at this property, and I will be returning."

"Megan has a beautiful little spot here! My husband and I spent the weekend getting to know the Chattanooga area and used this as our home-base. Everything she provided was awesome, Keurig coffee, filtered cold water & ice welcomed us. Bathroom was fully stocked with Shampoo conditioner ect. Unit was super clean and very comfortable for the 2 of us! We will be back!"

"We came for a weekend fishing trip. The water was still low, but we knew it would be. We found several ramps that were available within 30 minutes both north and south of this property. We had no trouble parking our boat in their driveway, and the private entrance and view was beautiful and relaxing. We had a great time!!"

"Staying in an updated historic loft that is beautifully decorated, made us feel so comfortable. There is a park across the street and the loft is near the base of Lookout Mountain. "We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on.
