"ベッドも寝心地良くて清潔で良かったです。コンビニもすぐ隣にあるのでとても便利。 ベッドの下に腕時計が落ちていました。フロントに届けましたのでもしこのホテルに泊まった方で無くされた方は問い合わせしてみてください。 時計が持ち主の方に戻る事を心から祈ってます。 Very comfortable bed and room is very clean. Close to station and convenience store is next to. We found a watch underneath the bed so we returned to front desk. We hope the watch returned to the owner soon."

"I can’t say enough about how amazing staff is here. The property is very clean and very nice. We didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t say how that was, but it looked great. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great stay. Room, staff and facilities were great. Executive lounge access was nice to grab coffee, snacks and evening hor dourves and drinks. Breakfast was decent but not worth $45 but was included with our room. Hotel is in cruise/ tourist area so not much for decent food options and options that are around are pricier than anywhere else. Also location adds transit time of 15-20 mins each way as you have to effectively go to Shimbashi station to get most places at a cost of ¥345 each way or ¥900 for a 24 hr pass. Would consider staying here again for right price. "

"Great hotel, stayed in a happy magic room, it was magical. However make sure your a Hilton honours member first, otherwise they make you go to a different breakfast restaurant and wait in a long line, I didn’t have my husband with me going down one morning and I waited in line with a baby and kid for 20 minutes then left when my husband came down late and was already seated in the other restaurant, because he is a Hilton honours member. They’re kind of rude like that. Otherwise great stay. "
