Always a great stay

Another great stay in Sodus Point! Property is in a perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. Garage game room is perfect for kids and adults!

Cute cottage, close to everything!

We all really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids especially loved our daily, short walks, to the beach. We had a great time and hope to return.

Great Location and Family Friendly

This was a great simple no frills kinda stay with a lot of private space for our kids and us parents. Garage with the games was a life saver in the rain.

Location, Location, Location!

We had a great time visiting the lake town of Sodus Point. Jonathan’s property had excellent space for family time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house is just minutes walk from restaurants, play spaces for kids, and the beach.

To the Point

Great place for kids with game room! Nice if it happens to rain! Central to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. Needs bathroom upgrade! Great place!

Close to town & great play room

Very centric and had all the amenities. It needs a bit of tlc in certain areas but it is perfect for families and friends. It is a great area and the amount of beds was great. A/Cs worked great after a whole day in the sun. Plenty of parking too. Bathroom could use some upgrades but all and all it was very comfortable.

Great Place Great location

The place was in an awesome location, everything within walking distance. We had two large boats that was easily parked in driveway with trucks. Loved the man cave! Would absolutely rent again! The owners responded with any questions we had within the hour!

Family Vacation

We came from Charleston, SC, to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family and friends. I have always loved Sodus Point and couldn't wait to show my children the area. From the moment we walked in, I adored the cottage. I felt right at home, very cozy and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the game room and walking to dinner at Captain Jack's. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you!

The property was not shown online properly. The garage was very dirty but you must also pay for games. The house is nice if you will not be spending much time in it.

Mini winter getawa

We had a wonderful winter getaway at the cottage. The kids loved the man cave and it kept them amused for hours. We also had a wonderful time snow tubing at Greystone Links which was only a half hour away. Jonathan, the owner, was very prompt to answer any questions we had.

All the comforts of home

Meeting in Sodus Point was perfect, we could not have asked for a better weekend. This cottage had many amenities and extras that I would not expect a rental to have. Jonathan was very helpful and accommodating and the area is wonderful! We would certainly repeat this trip, staying in the same place because we had so much fun making memories that will last a lifetime!

Spent most of our time in the garage. The only bad part in the garage is that fridge doesn’t really work well.

Great location

Such a great location, love the garage with the pool table, ping pong, air hockey, etc. this is our 2nd year staying here. One big suggestion- the couches still desperately need to be replaced. The fridge in the garage was not working as well. A few upgrades needed but we still love staying here - thanks for having us again!

Nice place needs updates

The place looked better on the pictures. The floors were dirty. The place smelled. The floors are uneven and you trip easily. With updates to the place could be adorable.
