“Staff was attentive and extremely friendly and always willing to offer assistance. The room has all the things needed, but upon checkin we found the bathroom cleaning had not been completed. The toilet seat was left up and dirty towels were hanging behind the door from previous guest. There was also a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. Otherwise the rest of the property was clean and maintained. ”

“I booked my room a couple days out for a wedding the price was very good considering everything downtown Pittsburgh where we were going for a wedding was 300-500 a night I asked for an early checkin and was granted it with no problem , the staff at front desk were very nice would definitely use this hotel again ”

“Everything was fine except for two items. One was the TV in the room was a little small compared to the size of the room. The other problem was there was no bath mat in the bathtub. I slipped and fell taking a shower. Fortunately, it was one of those slow falls.”

“昨天晚上入住这里，服务台工作人员态度很好，之前给我安排服务台对面楼没有Wi-Fi，就换到服务台这边的楼层，没想到房间都没有做好清洁，又回到服务台等了十几分钟，第三次换了房间才折腾完，已经没力气洗澡直接睡觉了，房子隔音不好，空调噪音很大，将就一个晚上吧。”
