"Property was clean. Bathroom amenities could of been a bit cleaner."

"The hallways were dark and creepy as a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely uncomfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were extremely old, to the point that I was honestly afraid to even open them. Then I noticed the sheets were dirty. I had to call the front desk to request clean sheets. The front desk agent was kind and funny, he did bring extra sheets and took photos, which I appreciated, but that doesn’t change the fact that the room should have been clean to begin with. Then the TV situation, which I have never experienced in any hotel before. Only about five channels actually worked, and the Netflix and YouTube apps didn’t work at all. I also tried using the casting feature, which didn’t work either. To make things even stranger, the TV had two separate remote controls one labeled for power and volume only, and the other just to change the channel. I was honestly in disbelief. At that point I gave up on the TV and decided to just take a shower and go to bed. That’s when the next issue happened. The shower head sprayed directly toward the back of the shower, and it could not be adjusted at all. I literally couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to stand in order to shower properly. I was completely over it. Next day, got breakfast and came back around 2pm and room wasn’t cleaned. Sigh Between the unsafe-feeling hallways, dirty sheets, outdated appliances, malfunctioning TV, bizarre two-remote setup, unusable shower, and lack of housekeeping…#NeverAgain!"

"Shuttle driver was unable to explain how to get to rental cars Desk clerk told me to take the stairs to the shuttle - (I’m 82, pulling two bags) - she didn’t direct me to elevator - found it on my own"

"The hotel itself was actually very nice. Very clean, very bright, and well kept. Staff at the front desk the night we were there was excellent my only complaint, and the reason we left, was because we could not find a room where the TV worked. They had just had new TVs installed, and we were in two different rooms and neither time could we get the TV to work. The staff tried very diligently to help us, and then respectfully offered to refund our money so that we could stay somewhere else. "

"Didn’t have time to use any of the amenities as we were there to do college tours but the lighting in the room wasn’t great. There was one light bulb out in the bathroom and the others flickered the entire time we were trying to do makeup and hair. Just a suggestion, maybe change the bulbs to LED daylight or brighter in the bathroom. I understand the sustainability aspect but we are at another Hilton Honors hotel in WI and the lighting is amazing. The location, the staff, and the price were all on point but I actually stayed in the same hotel 26 years ago and it looked exactly the same. "

"The unit was enormous, very modern, and well appointed. The floor to ceiling windows were incredible."

"If you're looking for basic accommodations, you're at the right place. Small screen antiquated TV. Access to all rooms are an exterior exposed walkway. Individual heating units did not maintain a steady temperature. Likely was built in the early 1980s. The toilet and shower was claustrophobic. The sink was in the main room by the bathroom. "
