Room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was versitale and tasty. One objection for me was that sound isolation in room was bad. We heard every thing from the hallway as thay are next to me.

No personal in the front desk,was someone that said-I “don’t know,i usually don’t work here”for everything we asked for.The rooms was cigars-smell,dirty carpet,douche not working properly. Only the good thing was the breakfast—really good.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Shower has nice water pressure however it is going to spray everywhere... WiFi is very weak in our room (corner room), only a few spots has connection. Recommended to bring an extension cord or power bar if you prefer to charge your phone next to the night stand. Breakfast is so so, don't expect much. The area is nice with a few supermarket around. Bus stop is about 3-5 minutes walk, very convenient.

There wasn't anything to like about this property. Asked for room change as looked out to a brick wall. Photos on Expedia website do not reflect the true appearance of the hotel or rooms. Extremely dated, needs total refurbishment. Pool area disgusting chairs cushions just thrown to one side, pool area never cleared up rubbish on floor was left there. Jacuzzi not working , to be honest due to the total uncleanliness of the hotel and surroundings I wouldnt have risked using it. If my husband could've come home earlier he would've done.

Jeg har booket dette hotel før og været fuldt ud tilfreds, hvorfor jeg også er kommet igen. Denne gang fik vi desværre et værelse, hvor badeværelset var råddent, og afløbet stank konstant af kloak (det var virkelig slemt)! Personalet er som altid venlige og hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger i et stille område lidt udenfor centrum, taxa er billig. Morgenmaden ok. Hyggeligt med Skybar. Vi kommer nok igen, men vi vil ikke bo på dette værelse igen.

Hotellet ligger nära till det mesta matställen vilket är bra. Dock var hotellets frukost riktigt dålig och litet utbud. Dålig service förutom en kille i receptionen som var trevlig. Hotell rummet hade mögel på väggen, illaluktande doft i avloppet i badrummet och smutsig balkong. Tjock ofräsch heltäckningsmatta i hotellrummet. Ac i rummet funkade inte första dagen men när vi sa till om de så fixade dom den. Poolen hade grumligt vatten. Det låg fimpar lite här och var runt solstolarna. Tak terrassen var dock väldigt inbjudande och fräscht upprustad. Dom behöver verkligen jobba på servicen och renligheten.

Fint lille hotel, rolig beliggenhed men stadig centralt. Fin skybar. Poolområdet (solsenge, madrasser, parasoller) kunne godt trænge til en opgradering, men brugbart. Menukort i restaurant kun på bulgarsk, ville være fint med et på engelsk. Venligt personale.

Ok, tasoinen hotelli. Huone siisti, mutta ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla. Aamupala suppea mutta löytyi syötävää sopivasti. Altaalla ei ollut ruuhkaa ja aurinko paistaa kivasti altaalle. Sijainti oli hyvä ja hotelli oli helppo löytää.

Excellent value for the price,worth staying outside centre,only £5 in yellow cab. Its not 4 star,but queen bed,. No coffee or tea in the room Room wasnt cleaned ,had to ask for clean towels after 2 days. No bar or restaurant operating ,no doubt COVID restrictions

i find it very disrespectful, when you get asked if you have used anything from the Mini bar, and then the receptionist asks to to wait until they check this. Then still asking me if i used a bottle of water..... and then saying no sir it is okay. ..............it is not OKAY let me tell you that.

Cheaters

Do not go in this hotel because they are cheaters! They don`t have sauna and steam bath, pool is not working, internet is "premium worst". And they told that when we arrived, but on booking site they cheat about that. Therefore the price is very high for the place without this and with very poor breakfasts. We asked for relocate or refunding, but they told as that is not possible!? What about cheating from their site!?!?! Of course that is possible during takes the money!!! We contacted also Hotels.com and they told us that somebody will contact us for relocating, but NOTHING!!!
