The hotel stay was nice and comfortable. Nice location. I wish they started the breakfast by 7:30am and not 8am. All our tours start at 8 or 8:30am. Do not have laundry service even though it's mentioned on the website.

Front desk was very helpful on directions to local sites & calling taxis. Room was good for a couple of nights. A continental breakfast is included & there was more choices than I would have expected. There is also an onsite res't for dinner, which we had one night. Nice family run hotel close to Vitosha

The hotel is close to everything in central Sofia, so a good choice for a city break. Good selection at breakfast and they were very welcoming when we arrived.

Love Hotel Niky

Everything was perfect. The owner was at the front desk and his friendliness and proactive customer service was awesome. I would love to stay here again. Perfect location too!
