This is a very nice, beautifully designed hotel. Very spacious and contemporary bedrooms, gorgeous public areas and really good location just off Vitosha Boulevard where all the bars & restaurants are.

We had a lovely overnight stay in a King Room in Juno hotel. The rooms are huge and furnished in a very modern way. Bluetooth speaker was very useful and the blackout blinds. We will definitely be staying again

Great stay but …

Staff are wonderful the check-in was easy. The room was beautifully appointed and had modern facilities everywhere. I would’ve gotten a great night sleep except there was ruckus noise outside on the street which kept me awake. I also didn’t see any blackout curtains although there might’ve been, which meant that light was pouring into the room all night. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back and I hope they can sort out some of the problems.

Mixed feelings about my stay. I was really looking forward to staying in this hotel as the location and design is quite impressive. Moreover , I have chosen this hotel as a preparation and relaxation base before and after my wedding. During the check-in I mentioned to the staff that me and my husband would be getting married on the following day and that I expect people coming in and out from the room (make up artists,hairdressers, photographers etc). The person who dealt with the check-in only smiled. We were offered water,coffee or orange juice whilst being registered. Usually management tend to mark similar special occasions by sending flowers,cards or some sort of a treat to the room. This was not the case before,on or after the big day! The staff didn't initiate any day-to-day communication with us during the stay when entering or leaving the hotel during the stay. Upon checking out i had to wait over 20-25 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk During that period no one from the passing by staff asked me anything. I had to ask the barman to call someone as we had to leave. The barman called his colleagues but they had left their mobile phones on the desk where I was sitting, so unfortunately I had to wait another 10 minutes or so. We were not offered any refreshments during the check out. We were in a rush after waiting so long,so I didn't have time to give my feedback.With regards to the actual room, as first time clients we were accommodated in a room.
