「After checking in, we were given an old room. The bedside lamp was broken and even had cobwebs on it. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a damaged water tank, a dirty sink, and a bathtub covered with black spots. After we complained, the hotel finally moved us to a newer room, but only after charging an additional ₱1,400 per night on top of what I had already paid.
