The outside of the hotel was big and glamorous but the rooms were unkept, it smelled, the furniture was peeling, the curtains were dirty, we even found 2 cockroach in the room. Heaters don’t work that we have to be moved. It’s wasn’t what was promoted on the site and I would never go or recommend this place

아주 좋아요!

시설은 조금 오래된듯 합니다만, 관리상태는 깨끗하네요. 사우나 쿠폰 주셔서 갔다왔는데 온천수 물 좋고 적당한 시설 좋네요. 난방도 조금 더운듯 충분했네요. 인근에 두부마을 있어서 아점 먹고 이동했는데 숙소랑 가까워서 좋아요.

시설은노후됫어요 목욕탕춥고 눈썰매장 아무도없고ㅜ 응대하시는분 한분은 메뉴얼대로 앵무새같이 했던말만 계속해요 반응을 안하려해요 그러나 청소너무깨끗해요 먼지하나없의요 이불 깨끗해요 수건깨끗해요 식기 깨끗해요 청소관리사분 보너스 주셔야겠어요 수압좋아요 재방문의사있구요 방도 따뜻해요 침대 삐그덕소리 화장실노후는 어쩔수없어요 저는 추천해요 ....

그냥 후회 됨

시설 관리에 별로 관심이 없어보입니다. 뭔가 80년대 아파트 온줄 알았어요. 근데 가격은... 이 가격에 고객을 받는다는게 아무리 봐도 무슨 생각으로 장사하려는건지 모르겠을 정도. 해외 출장을 나가면서 이거보다 안좋은 숙소는 본적 없습니다.

가족여행간중에 최악이였어요

숙소의 벽지는 상상을 넘어선 수준이하고 부대시설은 여러개있었는데 전부 운영이 안되서 폐허같은 느낌들었고 다시는 가고싶지않은 콘도였네요

그동안 팬데믹으로 인해 닫혀 있던 신관건물을 여름 성수기에 수요가 많아 오픈한것 같은데, 침대보와 이불, 요에서 모레가 나오는걸 보니 소탐대실할듯 하다. 카운터에 잘 교육 받지 못해 실수가 많은것 또한 너무나 안타깝더라, 위치는 참 좋은데 오래 사업을 유지 하려면 많은걸 바꿔야 할 분위기인 숙박업소로 보임. 몇만원 더 내더라도 그옆에 있는 콘도로 가야할거 같다

지어진 지 오래된 콘도임은 알고 있었으나 큰 불편은 없었음. 다만 부대시설(사우나와 미술관 등)은 리모델을 이유로 폐쇄되고, 그나마 부속시설(옥외 수영장, 키즈카페 등)도 최근 늘어난 코로나를 핑계로 문을 닫았음. 사전에 홈페이지를 통해 이를 공지하였다면 숙박하지 않았을 것인 바.. 고객을 속였다는 느낌을 지울 수 없음

그냥 며칠 머무시는데 주안점을 두세요

일단 건물이 오래되었고 회사는 망가진 욕조 등을 고칠 생각은 없어보여요. 그냥 오래된 원룸같습니다. 그런 시설은 둘째치고라도 에어컨이 너무 오래되서 시원함이 없고, 게다가 와이파이는 정말 엉망입니다. 그냥 늘 빈방이 있어 예약이 가능하다는게 장점이고 일단 엄청 조용해요. 가족끼리 며칠 머물기에는 딱입니다.

방음도 안되고, 쇼파는 찢어진 상태로 있으며 이불에 전 투숙객 머리카락이 있고, 욕실도 너무 오래돼서 문 잠그는 버튼 잘 못 하다가는 손가락 끼겠더라고요. 지하에 시설도 운영을 안해서 뭐 하고 싶으면 차타고 이동해야 해서 불편했어요.

너무 노후된 시설

시설은 최소 20ㅡ30년전 수준에 머물러 있습니다. 특히 침대도 판자위에 싸구려 매트리스 올려놓은 느낌. 어무 노후되었고 투자 안하려고 애쓴 곳입니다. 공기는 좋습니다 ㅠㅠ

가성비 좋음

오래된 콘도라 가격이 저렴..28평형인데도 더블침대 1개와 싱글침대 1개가 있는 룸이라 5명이 불편한건 없었음..가격에 비해 조식 메뉴 좋음..야외 바베큐는 바람이 불어서 정신없이 먹었는데 처음 한번은 체험해볼만한데 두번 체험하고 싶지는 않을 정도임..

신관을 주었는데 밤새 추워서 잠을 못잤고 낡았음. 명절연휴라고 가격도 비쌌고 기대이하. 아침도 별로. 기숙사 식사 같았음. 다시가고 싶지 않아요. 그래도 직원들은 친절했음. 최선을 다하고 있는듯.

Avoid this accommodation.

It was the worst experience ever. There were rusty water, broken ceiling light, dirty sleeping gear, and temperature never get warm(we all slept with wearing winter clothes). I'll never use this condo at all.
