Seoraksan Stay

Shower was weak and constantly shuts off. Outdated room and bed was hard to sleep on. Room smelled and far from what you should spend on this low quality.

연식을 감안하고 산행의 잇점을 누려~

스탠다드룸은 창도 작고 답답할 것 같아 디럭스더블로 했는데 예상보다 훨~씬 컷다. 더블침대가 있는 커다란 거실에, 싱글침대 있는 작은 방이 있고, 옷방도 따로 있었다. 시설이 낡고 복도가 추워 걱정했던 것과는 달리 방은 내내 따뜻했다. C동에 배정 받았는데 본관동보다 뷰가 훨씬 좋았다. 스탠다드룸은 전부 본관에 있으니 뷰를 원하면 가격이 조금 높아도 C동을 선택하길. 1982년 개발된 오색온천은 약알칼리성 용출온천과 지하에서 퍼올린 탄산온천이 있는 복합온천으로 38도의 원천을 그대로 온탕에 사용하고 있어 좋았다. 탄산온천은 22~27도의 냉탕이라 들어가보지는 못했는데 철분이 많이 함유되어 있단다. 히노키욕조의 야외 온천은 전체가 지붕으로 덮여있는 아쉬움이 있다. 온천탕은 인근의 주민들도 애용하고 있어 청결하게 유지되고 있어보였고, 다른 온천에 비해 천정이 높아 답답함이 전혀 없었다. 많이 낡았지만 꾸준히 관리하는 듯 보였고 나름 역사가 있는 곳이라 객실 리모델링을 통해 지속적으로 유지되면 더 좋을듯 하다. 동해안에서 간다면 한계령 쪽 봉우리를 감상하는 즐거움이 있다. 산행 후 하루쯤 묵으며 온천하면 딱 일 듯.

잘 쉬었습니다~^^*

대체적으로 만족합니다. 숙박시설이 오래되었지만 유지보수를 잘하고 계신다는 인상을 받았습니다. 평수가 큰룸은 로비에서 룸까지 꽤 멀리 돌아가야하니 길을 잘 외우시는게 좋습니다. 전자렌지는 1층 식당앞에 여러대 있어서 활용했고, 온천과 찜질방도 식구들이 다 즐거웠다고 하네요. 아침에 얼굴에서 광이 나더라구요.ㅎㅎ

온천여행!!!

매년 가고...매년 만족스런 호텔입니다~ 근데...이번 객실...너무 더웠어여 ㅋㅋ 중앙난방이라..조절도 못해서...자다깨다 반복했네요~ 하지만 더 추운 겨울에 갔다면 아주 좋았을거같아요~ 내년 2월에 다시 한번 더 오겠습니다~

불친절한 프론트 데스크

온천때문인지 투숙객이 많아서인지 프론트의 종업원은 불친절하기 그지 없었다.핸드폰만 보고있다가 친절함,상냥함은 커녕 묻는 말에 응대도 하지않고 설명만 기계처럼 했다.근간에 이런 불친절한 응대는 처음이다.호텔이 낡고 가격대비 내세울 것 없다하더라도 호텔 종업원의 서비스 교육이 제대로 되면 컴플레인을 할 생각은 없었다.

온천포함 호텔에서 머물렀고 처음부터 온천을 위한 여행이었다. 시설에비해 가격이 너무 비싼 곳이다. 시설이 너무 노후화 되어있어 재정비가 필요한것 같다. 온천이 좋아 자주 가는곳이지만 온천 역시 물만 좋다. ㅜㅜ
