“This is the second time we stayed and the property is amazing in almost every way. The only negatives I would say are that if you do like to do things outside of the hotel then there isn't much to do round there, and the staff in the patisserie are generally miserable and understaffed (everywhere else through the hotel they are great and super friendly).
