"The beds are like sleeping on plywood and the pillows like sand bags. Room was very hot overnight as Lowest temperature on thermostat is 22C. Front staff very helpful but a night without sleep doesn’t deserve a good rating."

"This hotel has a great marketing team. In reality it was the worst leg of our stay. It was depressing and felt like a dorm. Certainly not 4 stars. It smelled weird. There was something in the toilet and dark hairs on the walls. The linens are very tired. The furniture is tired. No robes as advertised. ..."
