"The room was clean. However. there were several less than expected qualities. 1. The corner of the bottom fitted sheet had a large tear. 2. I can understand the room not being fully made up each day during an extended stay, but I should be able to put towels that I want replaced on the floor or tub and have a replacement left. It also seems like the sink area would be wiped down and the toilet and paper checked. Any care of the room had to be requested through the front desk. 3. The breakfast only allows one pass through the line, and it is served on a small plate. The plate barely held a biscuit and a few scrambled eggs. I've never encountered such a limit on breakfast at any other hotel, 4. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful except for the lady when we checked out Friday morning. She just grabbed the door cards off the counter and did not even say Thank You or ask about the stay and thank us for choosing Wood River Inn."

"This hotel was clean and the staff members were polite. While the idea to use one product for shampoo, shower and hand wash seems OK, having only one big bottle of said product is quite inconvenient. We kept having to move it back and forth from sink to bath. The hotel's omelette bar was highly advertised around the property but NO WHERE was it mentioned that it cost $10 per person. The included breakfast items were very limited, at best. There was widespread audible grumbling in the breakfast area. Overall we give this hotel 3 stars."

"The room was ok. It was dated but clean. When we saw there was a fireplace we expected it to be gas and not wood. That was our fault. The place was dated but was in a fantastic area. It was perfect for walking around town. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It said blackout drapes and technically they were accurate. The drapes covered the lower windows not the upper ones. If you have little ones and book based on a pool I suggest you keep looking. The pool was disgusting. I wouldn’t let my dog swim in it. If you want a hotel centrally based so you can explore downtown, this is a great option. "
