We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. 「Room itself was clean. Exterior concrete was in bad shape, steel structure on the stairwell was rusted to the point of being sketchy, NO vending or ice on the property, waited about 20 minutes before finally calling the motel to get someone at the desk to check-in.」

「The hotel appears to be understaffed. The elevator was out of order for several hours when I arrived, and the desk clerk was attempting to fix it by himself. The hotel is not up to the same standard as other La Quintas in cleanliness and renovations. For example, common area carpets appeared old and stained. Also, this is the first La Quinta I've stayed at that had an extra charge for having a dog. One of the reasons I stay at La Quintas is that this is usually free. The charge was only $25, but...

「This is our 4th and final stay at this property. The hotel itself is fine. It's a clean place to stay. The issue, is the partying at the pool. No issue with a good party, but to be drunk with glass bottles and cursing in front of little kids ruined this place for us. When one of the other guests complained, one of the staff members went out and joined the party.」

「Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. 」
