“The place was dirty”

“Condo was spacious and had a view of the ocean from the living room. Staff was very accommodating. The pool across the street was very nice.The elevator was not working most of the time we were there and the beach in front of the building was small and not scenic. The onsite restaurant was disappointing, but restaurants a few blocks away were excellent.. ”

“Very nice place. Great location. Communication was good with host. Internet was out for a couple days. That was hard because I needed to do some work meetings. I also let them know I broke out with bed bug bites. That was acknowledged but pushed to the side. I’m now home and more bites are showing up. They tried to tell me the bites were sand fleas… I never went to the beach. We worked during the day, played golf, and went out to dinner. Otherwise we were in the condo. The view of Sun rises is……

“This gentleman cancelled our booking. Then told us to pay him over Venmo. Then he never rented us the place. Scam. Do not book!”

“Condo was not well appointed. Was not so much as a paper towel or wash cloth. Poor water pressure but that seems to be the standard for this area. The club noise seemed to get worse every night of our stay.”

“Everything met and exceeded expectations. Beautiful townhouse, well furnished, in a fabulous setting. Quiet and uncrowded beach but a short walk into town. The views from the unit are spectacular and the property manager, Gabe, is very responsive and so helpful with everything from recommendations to setting up side trips. One day he took my wife and me to Chichen Itza and his wife and daughter took us out to dinner one night to one of his favorite restaurants. The owner, Pamela, is a pleasure……

“The view from the condo was absolutely amazing! There was basically nothing between us and the water, except the restaurant/nightclub underneath the condo unit. We could leave our doors open at night and listen to the waves (once the live band in the nightclub below us stopped playing). We could walk to Quinta Avenida in 2 minutes where we had our pick of restaurants and places to shop. We were about a 10 minute walk from a grocery store. The staff at the condo were incredibly nice and helpful……
