“Our condo was beautiful! It was luxurious and spacious with stunning ocean views. There was lush tropical foliage that provided privacy and tranquility. So relaxing. We loved the easy walk to 5th Ave with fantastic shopping, restaurants and night life. The staff was outstanding and catered to our every need. Will definitely be back! ”

“The location was amazingly and Deborah was so helpfully and courteous. I would give her 5 stars! The penthouse was a bit more run down then expected by the photos, there was a lot of rust on things. Scratches and scuffs. The hottub was rusty so we did not use it. The water presure would go to a tiny Trickle withing 5 mins of the show and the water did not get hot. Only 1 roll of paper towels and no trash bags in the condo other then the 1 in the can. I think with some love and maintenance the……

Numerous issues came up, like the wifi constantly cutting out hourly, the pool was closed for 3 days due to a child defecating in it, zero instructions on what to do when there's a 6 hour power outage, on 2 separate occasions. The water gets completely shut off during this, so no cold showers to cool off. No batteries for flash lights, we had to search for candles. The place just wasn't up to our cleanliness standards.
